Cardinal Burke’s line runs directly counter to the rainbows-and-moonbeams Islam of Pope Francis.
He is, apparently, too prominent for Catholic authorities to try to silence, unlike other foes of jihad terror whom the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops and individual bishops have worked so assiduously against.
Cardinal Burke must get a chilly reception from his peers when they all get together.
Speaking in an interview with Italian newspaper Il Giornale, Cardinal Raymond Burke accused Westerners of being too weak to acknowledge the incompatibility of Christianity and Islam.

Evil words from a Pakistani Islamic scholar who has “a strong following online” and was scheduled for a speaking tour across Australia.
The good news is that Muhammad Raza Saqib Mustafai’s Australian tour has now been cancelled following the revelation of his monstrous anti-Semitism.
The bad news is that he and other such preachers of hatred and incitement against Jews and other non-Muslims should not be permitted on Western soil at all, but unfortunately they are in our midst.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu also said his differences with Obama are not based on personal animosity and only surround issues of Iran and the “settlements,” which, he insists, are wrongly perceived by many as the main obstacle to peace.
“It takes time for truth to come to light. It is not true to say that settlements are the root of the conflict and prevent the achieving of an agreement.
What prevents an agreement is the refusal of the Palestinians to recognize the nation-state of the Jewish people within any borders. That’s the truth.
After all, they had nearly 50 years—from 1920-1967—during which there were no settlements, yet attacks on us continued throughout the whole period. Why? …When we withdrew from Gaza, they continued firing thousands of missiles at us.
Why? If we withdraw to the ’67 borders without their relinquishing the demand for the ‘right of return’ of all refugees and without recognizing the right of the Jewish nation-state to exist, this will continue. That is the root of the conflict.

Despite the conviction and sentencing, however, all five walked out of court free men while their case awaits higher legal review, infuriating Turkish Christians.
Gokhan Talas, close friend of the three slain Christians and witness at the murder scene, said……They need to be in jail right now…This process is unjust. There’s no justice for Christians in this country. This is the proof of that.
How much justice is there for Christians (and other infidels and apostates) in any Muslim country? But Turkey has, of course, long been known as “moderate”; as recently as 2012, Turkey was referenced as a “new model.”

Hillary Clinton has a new problem.
Jewish Democrats for Trump, a group with a self-explanatory name, is actively warning about the dangers of another anti-Israel politician in the White House.
The group offers punchy messages and though it appears to have no internet presence, it is active on the streets and in some New York Jewish media outlets. The emphasis of Jewish Democrats for Trump also appears to be fittingly on immigration and the danger posed to Jewish communities by Hillary Clinton’s obsession with importing huge numbers of anti-Semitic Muslims into the United States.
“We feel very strong about what’s happening in Europe now,” said Heshy Friedman, the Jewish activist behind the ad campaign. “They need 24/7 police outside synagogues. Why? Because they let all these refugees in.”
WASHINGTON, D.C., September 12, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – Donald Trump became the first presidential nominee to address the Values Voter Summit on Friday afternoon, making four specific promises to evangelical pro-life and pro-family voters.
Speaking to a packed ballroom at the Omni Shoreham Hotel in Washington, D.C., Trump said the choice between him and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is as stark as it is obvious.
During “a Trump presidency, our Christian heritage will be cherished, protected, defended like you’ve never seen before,” he said.
“Your values of love, charity and faith built this nation,” he said. But “politicians have really abandoned you, to a large extent. And Hillary Clinton? You can forget about her.”
