Rise Up Australia Party has launched a major new campaign to protect babies being killed by abortion in Victoria from being tortured by abortionists during the death procedure.
Though the 2008 Abortion Law Reform Act in Victoria exempts abortionists who kill unborn children from prosecution for murder, the Federal 2010 Criminal Legislation Amendment (Torture Prohibition and Death Penalty Abolition) Act, which takes precedence over Victorian law, makes the torture of any person by or with the consent or acquiescence of any public official a criminal offence punishable by 20 years in prison.

Pastor Daniel said that unborn puppies had more rights in Victoria than unborn children of our own species. It was unacceptable, he said, that in a society that called itself civilized unborn children should not only be killed but tortured before they were killed.
Unborn children of 17 weeks’ gestation or more, he said, were fully capable of experiencing the trauma and suffering of their own death-agony. Yet the law did not require them to be given an anaesthetic before they were torn limb from limb or soaked in caustic salts or injected to the heart with a painful and fatal poison.

At 1 pm on Monday 10 November 2014, Daniel Nalliah, leader of Rise Up Australia Party, will hold a press conference outside the “Fertility Control” abortion clinic at 118 Wellington Parade, East Melbourne to launch the party’s campaign to end the torture of unborn children.
At 2 pm, at the State Parliament in Melbourne, Mr Nalliah will hand in letters asking the Premier and the leader of the Opposition to consent to an urgent amendment to the Abortion Reform Act 2008 obliging abortionists to give an individual anaesthetic to every child of 17 weeks’ gestation or more who is to be aborted, to ensure that he or she is not tortured.
Mr Nalliah said: “By this major initiative we will persuade our legislators to make sure that any child capable of feeling pain and experiencing suffering is spared the excruciating terror of his or her own death agony. Victoria law – for now – permits abortionists to kill children, but Commonwealth and international law, which take precedence over State law, expressly prohibit torture.”
“The procedures inflicted by abortionists on little children offend not only against the explicit bar on procuring abortions in the Hippocratic Oath but also against the central principle underlying that oath: Primum non nocere: ‘first and foremost, not to cause harm’.
“The Australian Federal courts have held that smacking a child can be illegal: yet the law in Victoria permits killing a child. A dog in Victoria has more rights than an unborn child of our own species. Labor and the Greens refused to include a provision in the 2008 to prevent torture of babies by requiring a simple injection of anaesthetic. Torture is punishable by 20 years’ imprisonment.
“On behalf of those who have no voice and no vote, we are warning our lawgivers that they must do what is right and – if they must allow child-killing – make sure, by an abundance of caution, that they prevent the torture of the innocents that is now occurring in our hospitals and clinics, to the shame of our civilization. Who in conscience can refuse this measure?”

I met up with Nasrallah at the Beverly Hills Hilton on June 1, 2014, where he was attending Pat Boone’s 80th Birthday “Celebrity Roast,” and he was certainly a most unlikely guest with many Hollywood stars attending like Larry King, Jon Voight, Billy Davis Jr., and his wife, Marilyn McCoo, Susan Stafford, Wink Martindale, and many others.

In the past week RUAP National President and Lord Christopher Monckton (Adviser to Former PM Margret Thatcher of the UK) addressed meetings in Bendigo, Sale, Hallam, Clayton, St Kilda & Geelong.
They will be also speaking at meetings in Frankston and Western Suburbs of Melbourne this weekend. 
People at these meetings were greatly challenged to Rise Up and take a stand for Australia. There were people from all walks of life, but all agreed that it is time to Keep Australia Australian.

Speakers, in order, were Senate Candidate Rosalie Crestani, RUAP President Daniel Nalliah and renowned international advocate for real science and the truth, Christopher Lord Monckton.

On Thursday 28th of August, Pr Daniel was informed that the World Congress of Families Conference did not have a venue for their conference on Saturday 30th of Aug, as 3-4 different locations had all cancelled their bookings because the protesters got to the venue owners and threatened them with sabotage.
On hearing this he opened Catch The Fire Ministries premises to be used for the conference. Just for the record, CTFM did not organise this conference, but was one of the supporting organizations. When the organizer of the conference heard about the CTFM venue, she was very relieved as finally they had a place. She told Pr Daniel, “I hope you don’t let me down” for which he responded, “that will not happen with us.” We applaud Babette Francis and her team at Endeavour Forum for organising this conference.
Then CTFM staff started getting several threatening emails and calls to cancel the event from the protesters. The protesters expected a response similar to the other venues. thinking that we will cancel too. They were shocked that we did not back down.
On Friday 4 police officers and 2 local council members met with us and one of the officers told Pr Daniel at least 3 times, “Are you sure you are going to have this conference?? The protesters are expecting thousands.” Pr Daniel responded, “They are just making a mountain out of a mole hill.” Then the officer asked him, “How many do you think will come?” He responded, “I think around 60-80.”
Pr Daniel stated, “It is a very sad day when you want to speak about family values, that it is considered to be so offensive. What is good is evil and what is evil now is good”.

Even the title seemed, on the face of things, uncontroversial. It was called simply: Meeting The Needs Of Muslim Pupils In State Schools.

Whilst I was speaking in Katherine & Darwin in the Northern Territory over this past weekend, I decided to organise a public rally for tomorrow, Wednesday 25th June. To be held from 12 to 1pm on the steps of the Victorian State Parliament, in Spring St. Melbourne for taking a stand for Free Speech. We also support the removal of Clause 18C in the Anti-discrimination Act in the Federal Parliament.

Bill Gates, the richest man in the world, recently revealed that his family goes to Catholic Church while also admitting his doubts about God.
“The moral systems of religion, I think, are superimportant. We’ve raised our kids in a religious way; they’ve gone to the Catholic church that Melinda goes to and I participate in,” Gates said in an interview with Rolling Stone for the March 27 issue. “I’ve been very lucky, and therefore I owe it to try and reduce the inequity in the world. And that’s kind of a religious belief. I mean, it’s at least a moral belief.”
When asked if he believed in God, the 58-year-old billionaire said, “I think it makes sense to believe in God, but exactly what decision in your life you make differently because of it, I don’t know.”
But he also said he agrees “with people like Richard Dawkins that mankind felt the need for creation myths.”
He explains: “Before we really began to understand disease and the weather and things like that, we sought false explanations for them. Now science has filled in some of the realm—not all—that religion used to fill. But the mystery and the beauty of the world is overwhelmingly amazing, and there’s no scientific explanation of how it came about. To say that it was generated by random numbers, that does seem, you know, sort of an uncharitable view [laughs].”

As a child she was taught to believe the Jews were monsters that wanted to kill Arab children. By God’s grace, she overcame a culture of hatred and found a new reason for hope after she settled in the United States.
“I grew up in a culture of jihad and martyrdom,” says Nonie Darwish, the founder of Former Muslims United. Although born in Cairo, she spent her childhood in the Gaza Strip because her father, Colonel Mustafa Hafez, headed Egypt’s military intelligence there. (Egypt controlled Gaza until 1967.)
Her life changed dramatically at only eight-years-old when her father was killed by an explosive device planted in a book by a double-agent working for Israeli intelligence.
After her father’s assassination, her mother moved the family back to Cairo. She lived there during a turbulent period, which included the 1967 and 1973 wars with Israel. “In school, we recited poetry wishing ourselves to be martyrs in the jihad against Israel,” she recalls.
In the mosque, messages were filled with the call to jihad. She heard curses at the end of every service against infidels, Jews, and non-Muslims. “I bought all the propaganda like everybody else,” she notes. “I really believed it as a child.”
