England’s Bewildering Identity Crisis

Jewish World Review – by Suzanne Fields – Feb. 13, 2015

LONDON — England is having an identity crisis — Scotland is just getting over one — and just in time to hover over national elections.

Gone is the spirit of the poet who described “this earth of majesty, this seat of Mars,” so beloved in Shakespeare’s Richard II. There’s not even a smidgen of Churchillian rhetoric to inspire the British to fight the good fight in the Middle East, where they were so firmly established for so long. Too bad there’s no English word for the French ennui.

Under the headline Decline and Fall, the Times of London bemoans that “Britain is punching appreciably below its weight as a medium-sized power in world affairs.” There’s considerable to worry about. Vladimir Putin’s aggression in Ukraine is a needed if dreary reminder of the damage done in the mid-20th century by an ambitious tyrant with a funny mustache.

The London Telegraph speaks a similar sentiment, noting the irony of a meeting of Western officials, to talk about arming Ukraine, in Munich, the very symbol of European appeasement. In 1938 the German-speaking Sudetenland was taken from Czechoslovakia and handed over to Hitler to avoid further conflict. We know how that turned out. Now the Russian-speaking separatists of Eastern Ukraine may be dispatched to the embrace of the bear to appease Vladimir Putin. What message does this send to a Machiavellian leader like Mr. Putin? With Britain on the sideline, the United States, still Britain’s most important ally, continues to lead from behind, with Barack Obama wandering somewhere on the back nine.

Muslim leaders must take a stand

Herald Sun (Melbourne) ^ | 12th February 2015 | Andrew Bolt

TWO more Muslim men were arrested in Sydney yesterday for — police alleged — plotting to kill civilians.

But why have none of the many men arrested so far for alleged terror attacks here planned to kill moderate Muslim clerics?

Australian historian Christopher Clark, in his widely admired Sleepwalkers, points out “one abiding strand in the logic of terrorist movements, namely that reformers and moderates are more to be feared than outright enemies and hardliners”.

Terrorists hate compromisers. Islamists murdered Egyptian president Anwar Sadat for making peace with Israel.

But which Muslim clerics are in danger of being too moderate?

The only threats I’ve heard of were those reportedly sent to a Sydney doctor, Jamal Rifi, who is indeed a brave peacemaker, but no cleric.

The fact, I fear, is that there aren’t Muslim religious leaders here truly trying to reform Islam or issue fatwas damning the likes of Islamic State to hell.

RUAP Media Release – Reclaim Australia Rallies in Melbourne & 15 Cities across our Nation

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE –  WEDNESDAY 25th MARCH 2015

Come and join thousands of patriotic Aussies from many nationalities who call Australia home, as they take a stand to Reclaim Australia at rallies held across Australia in many cities, including Melbourne on Saturday 4th April 2015.

This grass root movement started off with just a few Aussies who were sick of staying silent while Islam, through Multiculturalism, was slowly but surely taking away all of our rights and freedoms. They decided to call for a Reclaim Australia Rally to be held in Sydney, but within weeks it has spread across Australia, and now there will be some 15 rallies held on 4th April in most capital cities and some country towns.

On the request of the organizers of Reclaim Australia, Daniel Nalliah the National President of Rise Up Australia Party will be the key note speaker in Melbourne at 1pm on the steps of Federation Square on 4th April.

Mr Nalliah stated this morning from his office in Hallam Victoria, “I am so pleased to stand in support of the Reclaim Australia Rallies and to speak at the Melbourne rally as Rise Up Australia Party’s motto is to Keep Australia Australian.

We must Reclaim what we have lost up to now.

I encourage everyone who loves Australia, and wants to see her protected for our children and grandchildren, to bring your Aussie flags and be at a rally, wherever you live. Please make every effort to get there.

I believe that this is a real grassroots movement of people’s power to stand up against the spread of Islamism in the West, particularly using the gateway of Multiculturalism as cover.

We must stand up now and speak out against the evil agenda of fundamental Islam. We cannot stay silent any longer.  Look forward to seeing you there.”

What a great Miracle with Benjamin Netanyahu re-elected as PM of Israel

Dear family & friends in Christ,

I am sure you all know by now that Benjamin Netanyahu was re-elected as Prime Minister of Israel.  Just for the record, I do know that the government yet needs to be formed together with other minor parties.

As I watched news heading up to the election, the predictions were that he will not make it. But now that he is in, the left media seemed to be shocked as to how this happened.

https://au.news.yahoo.com/video/watch/26723311/israeli-prime-minister-re-elected/

Well, glory to God as I know that millions of Christians around the world stormed heaven in prayer for this great miracle. Thank so very much for doing so ,as this victory is a victory just not for Israel, but it is a victory for the whole world.

Why is this victory so important? After living in Saudi Arabia, I know that in the war on Islamic terror, Israel is right in the front line of this war. I don’t think any other nation in the world can understand the danger and threat of Islam to the whole world as Israel does.

Like it or not, the Jewish people are a chosen bunch of people by God placed right in the middle of the Middle East and they know best how to deal with Islam. A visit to the Middle East will never give you the true nature and mission of Islam.  However, if you have live in the Middle East, you will know as to why PM Benjamin Netanyahu stands so strong against the spirit of Islam and refuses to be politically correct.

The Cancer of Multiculturalism

By Walter Williams – Feb. 25, 2015 – Jewish World Review

President Barack Obama surprised many at the National Prayer Breakfast when he lectured us, “Lest we get on our high horse and think this (barbarity) is unique to some other place, remember that during the Crusades and the Inquisition, people committed terrible deeds in the name of Christ.” Obama went on to explain, “In our home country, slavery and Jim Crow all too often (were) justified in the name of Christ.” In Obama’s mind, Western outrage at Islamic barbarism should be tempered by the remembrance of what Christians did a thousand years ago in the name of Christ. Plus, that outrage should be chastened by our own history of slavery and Jim Crow.

President Obama’s vision is that of a man brainwashed through an academic vision of multiculturalism, in which American exceptionalism has no place. It’s a vision that has been shaped by a longtime association with people who hate our country, people such as the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, Weather Underground leader and Pentagon bomber William Ayers and Ayers’ onetime fugitive wife, Bernardine Dohrn. A vision that sees a moral equivalency between what Christians did centuries ago and today’s Islamic savagery is quite prevalent in academia. It’s part of what’s worshipped on most college campuses as diversity and multiculturalism.

College campus idiots — and that includes faculty members and administrators — call for the celebration of and respect for all cultures. In their eyes, it’s racist Eurocentrism to think that Western values and culture are superior to others. But that’s the height of stupidity. Ask your campus multiculturalist who believes in cultural equivalency: Is forcible female genital mutilation, as practiced in nearly 30 sub-Saharan African and Middle Eastern countries, a morally equivalent cultural value? Slavery is practiced in Sudan and Niger; is that a cultural equivalent? In most of the Middle East, there are numerous limits on women — such as prohibitions on driving, employment, voting and education. Under Islamic law, in some countries, female adulterers face death by stoning, and thieves face the punishment of having their hand severed. Some multiculturalists are members of campus LGBT groups. Ask them to what extent the Muslim culture would tolerate their lifestyle.

Great time at RUAP Conference

Dear friends & family in Christ,

Thank you to all those who attended the RUAP national conference in Melbourne and a special thank you to those who came from almost every state across Australia. Your presence was greatly appreciated.

The conference started with Cr Rosalie Crestani from the city of Casey in Victoria (where the RUAP head office is located) welcoming the people and then sharing why she believed in the vision of RUAP.

This was followed by 6 RUAP State Presidents giving their speeches. Each one stated that they believed in the vision of Keeping Australia Australian and that RUAP was the answer for Australia.

Next, the special guest speaker Mr Asoka Perera addressed the gathering and encouraged the people to stand strong and committed to the vision.

Then the National President for RUAP Daniel Nalliah addressed the people and challenged them to Rise Up and fight the good fight to protect Australia for the next generation.

Those at the conference were greatly blessed and pledged their commitment to Rise Up Australia Party, to keep Australia Australian.

After a short break for lunch, the floor was open for questions and answers. This was very interactive as many of them who spoke shared their excitement to be a part of RUAP.

Daniel Nalliah stated, “I was so encouraged to hear and see the commitment of people gathered at the conference to see RUAP become a major player in Australian politics in the next few years. It is always good to hear members of the party share their thoughts as it reflects the mood of the nation.”

Once again, a big thank you to everyone who is a part of RUAP.

Urgent ongoing Prayer needed for our Nation Australia / Also encouraging video footage from Australia Day Prayer Gathering 2015 in Melbourne

Dear family and friends in Christ,

We as Australians need to thank God with all our hearts for the abundantly blessed nation He has given us to live in.

We are so very blessed to be so far away from the Middle East and the major trouble spots around the world where Islamism is spreading chaos, death & destruction.

However, our nation seems to be struggling to get good strong leaders into parliament and this is definitely beginning to become a problem in Australian Politics.

In the last few weeks, I heard it said on the news several times that “we lack good leadership”.

Political correctness has spread throughout society so much, that no longer do most people speak their hearts out, but they say what people like to hear.

Currently our Federal Government is on very shaky grounds with Malcolm Turnbull waiting for the first opportunity to take up the top job.

We must pray that Tony Abbott, the elected Prime Minister by the people, will remain until the next election, so that the people can make the choice and not a bunch of power hungry politicians in Canberra.

We definitely don’t want a repeat of Rudd and Gillard as the back stabbing virus seems to be spreading very fast in Canberra.

The danger of saying ISIS is not Islam

September 16, 2014 – Liz Lightstone

So I’ve been thinking about this a lot and posted this morning on twitter about David Cameron’s comment (“they are monsters, not Muslims”). I’m very concerned by growing reprise that “Islamic State” (IS) is not Islam, that they are not Muslims. I can understand where it’s coming from but its a very dangerous form of political correctness. Clearly not all Muslims support IS, nor are all terrorists Muslim. But there is no doubt that IS say they are acting on behalf of Islam, they are Muslims and they want to establish an Islamic Caliphate.

If you detach their monstrous ideology from what we like to think of as Islam, then do you detach from the Muslim community responsibility for denouncing it? I have no problem if moderate Muslims — as some have done (albeit late in the day) — stand up and say that IS does not represent what they believe to be Islam. I similarly say that Naturei Karta, the “ultra-Orthodox” anti Zionist Jews — who by the way simply throw words, not stones, not swords and are nonviolent — do not represent Judaism in any form that I know.  But I want the moderates to stand up and say it.

More importantly, do you, by saying IS is not Islam, they’re not Muslims, detach from the Muslim community at large the responsibility for helping prevent radicalisation which we know full well goes on in certain mosques and on campuses? (It is astonishing how many campuses world wide have HUGE investment from Saudi and Qatar and huge investment in BDS, anti Israel, and radicalisation programmes.)

I am not blaming any particular Muslim community but just as I hung my head in shame when extremist Jews murdered that poor young man in Jerusalem after the death of the three Jewish teenagers, so the Muslim community worldwide must say, not that IS is an Israeli / CIA conspiracy (as Iran currently claiming) but that something is rotten within the Muslim world and it must be stopped.

Which of these two parties is too white and too racist? – by Andrew Bolt

To The Age it is obvious

The Greens love diversity in theory:

Australia’s strength lies in the cultural diversity of people from all corners of the globe, the Australian Greens said today… Our country has been greatly enriched by successive generations of immigrants whose influences are reflected in every facet of society.

Not every facet, actually. Greens leader Christine Milne with Greens politicians and candidates in the Victorian election:

In contrast, Rise Up Australia leader Danny Nalliah with candidates in the Victorian election

Age writer Ruby Hamad isn’t so sure about this diversity thing, after all:

Yes, it appears that Australia’s far right, ultra-nationalist, evangelical Christian, anti-abortion, and anti-immigration party has an extraordinary amount of gender and racial diversity. More so, as I noted someone comment dryly under the photo, than The Greens.

How is this possible?

The Power of Unity – Vic Election and the Christian values based parties / Church leaders refuse to speak out – Will we pay the price?

Dear family and friends in Christ,

First let me take this opportunity to thank everyone who voted, supported and prayed for us. This was the first State Election that Rise Up Australia Party contested (although we contested the Federal Election last year) and I must say that we learned a lot.

Something very significant happened in this election in Victoria. The Christian values based parties worked together as a block in sharing first preferences with each other and the results were very good.

In most regions with the strategic preferences, we came very close to winning Upper House seats, and it seems that at least one Upper House seat will now be secured, with three more seats currently in question. (Some 90% of the upper house votes are yet  to be re-checked).

This clearly shows the power of unity as Jesus said, where He prays for all believers in John 17:20-23.

“My prayer is not for them alone. I pray also for those who will believe in me through their message, 21 that all of them may be one, Father, just as you are in me and I am in you. May they also be in us so that the world may believe that you have sent me. 22 I have given them the glory that you gave me, that they may be one as we are one— 23 I in them and you in me—so that they may be brought to complete unity. Then the world will know that you sent me and have loved them even as you have loved me”.

On another note, although some church leaders I know of spoke out regarding the election, once again many church leaders refused to speak out and tell the people how to vote.

Faith Leaders Unite To Protect Life, Faith & Moral Values

Faith leader's statement on our shared values to save our babies, our morals, our schools and our faithMedia Release – For Immediate Release – 24th Monday November 2014

Rise Up Australia endorses faith leader’s statement on our shared values to save our babies, our morals, our schools and our faith

Daniel Nalliah, President of Rise Up Australia Party, is one of the first party leaders publicly to endorse a remarkable joint statement (click the photo on the left to read) by the eminent leaders of the Jewish, Christian and Muslim faiths identifying the four crucial moral issues in the Victorian State election.

Rabbi Shimon Cowen, Bishop Peter Elliott and Imam Riad Galil say in their statement that The Victorian law permitting abortion without anesthetic until birth is the worst abortion law in the world. The UN-sponsored Safe School’s programme to promote homosexuality in schools under the guise of preventing bullying is an attack on the freedom of parents to have children raised according to the values of their faith. Labor’s proposal to force religious schools to employ staff who do not share the school’s religious faith attacks the freedom and integrity of religious institutions. All parents are entitled to obtain a religious education for their children but that neither of the major parties has announced a commitment to fulfilment of this need.

Mr Nalliah, lead Upper House candidate for the South-Eastern Metropolitan Region, said “Faith leader’s statement recognizes our common cause to protect the Faith, Values and Moral decay in society. Never before has our heritage of moral principles been under such relentless and deliberate attack as it is today. Faith leaders stand united in their profound concern at the deliberate assaults on the moral principles on which Australia and the West were founded.

He added that it is alarming that the United Nations, whose charter of human rights states that everyone has the right to life, does nothing to uphold the rights of little children in the womb not to be tortured and then killed. It is still more concerning that the UN is actively supporting the promotion of homosexuality in our schools as though it were a normal lifestyle when in fact it is a life-threatening choice. If a child is bullied for stealing, one does not stop the bullying by celebrating stealing. The UN has arguably out lived what use fullness it once had.”
