Great time at RUAP Conference

Dear friends & family in Christ,

Thank you to all those who attended the RUAP national conference in Melbourne and a special thank you to those who came from almost every state across Australia. Your presence was greatly appreciated.

The conference started with Cr Rosalie Crestani from the city of Casey in Victoria (where the RUAP head office is located) welcoming the people and then sharing why she believed in the vision of RUAP.

This was followed by 6 RUAP State Presidents giving their speeches. Each one stated that they believed in the vision of Keeping Australia Australian and that RUAP was the answer for Australia.

Next, the special guest speaker Mr Asoka Perera addressed the gathering and encouraged the people to stand strong and committed to the vision.

Then the National President for RUAP Daniel Nalliah addressed the people and challenged them to Rise Up and fight the good fight to protect Australia for the next generation.

Those at the conference were greatly blessed and pledged their commitment to Rise Up Australia Party, to keep Australia Australian.

After a short break for lunch, the floor was open for questions and answers. This was very interactive as many of them who spoke shared their excitement to be a part of RUAP.

Daniel Nalliah stated, “I was so encouraged to hear and see the commitment of people gathered at the conference to see RUAP become a major player in Australian politics in the next few years. It is always good to hear members of the party share their thoughts as it reflects the mood of the nation.”

Christians in India Face Unprecedented Wave of Attacks as Hindu Nationalists Grow Bolder Under New Government

In 2014, India saw a wave of violence towards Christians that left five dead, including one 11-year-old child. Another 7,000 people experienced other persecution that year, a new report from the Mumbai-based Catholic Secular Forum (CSF) revealed.

The Christian Persecution Report revealed that another 300 clergymen or leaders of Christian communities were victims of violence.

Most of India is Hindu, but there is also a large population of Muslims, Sikhs and Christians — largely Catholic. In recent years the country of more than a billion has seen a sharp turn towards nationalism and fundamentalism, and those who do not fit the Hindu Indian profile are being targeted for violence or discrimination.

In an interview with ucanews.com, CSF’s general secretary, Joseph Dias spoke the reason this disturbing trend has arisen.

“Some right-wing forces have become active since the pro-Hindu Bhartiua Janata Party took over the reins of the country.”

What Saudi Arabia’s coming struggle means for America

The death of King Abdullah begins a period of generational change in the oil kingdom that may last for several years. Crown Prince Salman, the nominal successor, is elderly and infirm, as is the next in line, Prince Muqrin. The Saudi royal family, which has proven itself adept at survival, will be struggling in the next days and months to decide who in the next generation should be positioned for eventual power.

Saudi Arabia’s opaque and often repressive political system mystifies outsiders, especially at times like this, when the leadership of the kingdom is a critical factor in the regional balance of power. Saudi Arabia is the heart, and the pocketbook, of the Sunni Arab world. A leadership vacuum in Riyadh echoes from Yemen to Syria, and all the places in between.

Abdullah’s death comes as Saudi Arabia, and the Sunni world it leads, are vexed as never before by the power of Iran and its Shiite Muslim proxies. Iran’s allies control four key Arab capitals: Damascus, Baghdad, Beirut and Sanaa. The Saudis have raged against Iranian power, and tried to finance covert operations to counter it, but they have failed everywhere they have tried. Many in the kingdom blame the United States for these reversals, but they should be more self-critical: This has fundamentally been a failure of Sunni, and especially Saudi, leadership.

“I never thought I would see the day when members of the Jewish community in the United Kingdom would say they were fearful of remaining here in the United Kingdom.” The hopelessly confused Ms. May doesn’t seem to realize that the Jews without whom Britain would not be Britain are fearful of remaining there because of the Muslims without whom Britain would not be Britain.

Also, a very good case can be made that “without its Jews Britain would not be Britain,” as there is a very long history of Jews in Britain. It is mostly an unhappy history, and those ugly times are returning, but it is undeniable that Jews have contributed to what makes Britain Britain. But “without its Muslims, Britain would not be Britain”? Really? Theresa May must therefore think that Britain wasn’t Britain until the last few decades, when Britain for the first time in its history began to have a significant Muslim presence.

Theresa May is a disgrace. Then again, so is the rest of the Cameron government, and its opposition. Britain is racing to ruin, courtesy of Theresa May and her ilk.

Rev. Graham: Christians Are ‘Being Slaughtered by The Muslims’ Who ‘Are Emulating the Prophet Mohammed’

The Rev. Franklin Graham says that just as he tries to “emulate” Jesus, who was “a man of peace,” Muslims try to emulate their leader, who “was a man of war.”

“Muhammad was a man of war and he killed many people,” Graham told Tucker Carlson on “Fox & Friends Weekend” on Sunday. “Jesus Christ came as a man of peace, and as a follower of Christ I follow him and I want to emulate Him. But the followers of Islam are emulating the prophet Muhammad, and that’s what you’re seeing carried out.”

“We have to be very careful and understand that Islam — the teachings of Islam — are militant,” the president of the Samaritan’s Purse charity said. ” I’m talking about, when you read the Quran, when you read the Surra, it’s very militant.”

According to Graham, one of the reasons for the rise of Christian persecution in the Middle East was the fall of the former Iraqi leader Saddam Hussein.

“When Iraq was invaded by our country — and I’m not saying this was right or wrong, I’m just saying it’s a fact — there was a large Christian minority. Saddam Hussein gave them quite a lot of freedom,” he explained.

A Revival of the Fear of God

What the church of America desperately needs today is a revival of the fear of God.

I’m not talking about a servile fear for a petty and unpredictable deity. Perfect love casts out that kind of fear (see 1 John 4:18).

I’m talking about the reverential fear deserved by a holy and all-powerful God, the kind of fear that causes us to walk carefully in His sight. Such godly awe is sadly lacking in the body.

Today, worship must be “fun,” pastors must be “cool,” and every message must have some good jokes in it. We don’t want to get too serious about spiritual things. That would be stiff and “religious.”

No wonder we are so shallow in our convictions and so compromised in our lifestyles. A fresh encounter with God would drive out our superficial spirituality in a hurry.

How desperately we need that fresh encounter—the kind that causes us to fall on our faces in His glorious presence crying out, “Holy, holy, holy!”

Ps Daniel’s amazing ministry tour of America

Dear family & friends in Christ,

We praise and thank God for a wonderful ministry tour of America for Ps Daniel & Peter (one of his team).

Although it was a short trip of only 10 nights, he ministered in 5 cities (Baton Rouge, Phoenix, Seattle, Vancouver & LA), preached at several churches and did several TV & Radio programs (CBN, SBN, TBN, Warning TV & Truth Talk Radio).

He stated, “I thank God for this great nation of America. The message the Lord gave me was ‘Repent & pray for your sins are stacked up to heaven’. I saw America currently covered with darkness and needing much prayer and repentance as in 2 Chronicles 7:14.

The large and small churches alike received this message with an open heart and cried out to the Lord at almost every single meeting.

America needs much prayer. I have been to America so many times in the past 15 years, but I saw myself (along with Peter), crying for America for the very first time.

I believe God gave an ungodly President Obama to bring America to its knees to repent and cry in prayer for their land. Over the last 6 years, President Obama has taken the US far away from God and opened the nation to Islam.

I clearly remember warning the church in America 6-7 years ago, through many TV & Radio shows, also some meetings, that the then Senator Obama would be a disaster to America if elected as President.

Just as the Lord had me warn Australia regarding Kevin Rudd, now I dare say, pray that Malcolm Turnbull does not get to be Prime Minister. Pray clearly that he would be removed from Parliament.

If Malcolm gets the leadership of Liberals, we will lose much of what we have gained and open our nation to Islam.

We must pray that Tony Abbott stays as Prime Minister for a few years.”

Attacks on Malcolm Turnbull boost Julie Bishop’s shot at leadership

Julie Bishop’s chances of becoming Liberal leader will improve the longer the issue festers, her colleagues believe.

With the matter on hold indefinitely due to a rebound in the polls for the Coalition and an uptick in Tony Abbott’s fortunes, senior Liberals believe lead contender Malcolm Turnbull stands to lose over time due to an increasingly vitriolic campaign being waged against him by the Liberal Party’s arch-conservative base.

MPs report being flooded with emails from what they believe is an orchestrated campaign involving the Christian right and other similar groups, attacking Mr Turnbull over his position on issues such as gay marriage.

Ms Bishop decided last week that if the leadership was spilled, she would run for the top job rather than be part of any ticket, sources said.

This decision was made after she was approached by colleagues eager for her to form a ticket with Mr Turnbull in a bid to force the issue “sooner rather than later”.

“Julie said: ‘I won’t be on your ticket. If it comes to a spill, I will run’,” a source said.
