This Saturday 31st, October 2015 is not just Halloween, but is also the 498 year anniversary of the Protestant Reformation, the 111 year anniversary of the Welsh Revival & the 98 year anniversary of the ANZAC Light Horse victory in Beersheba, Israel

Col Stringer

“The coming of Halloween is a good time for Christians to remember that evil spirits are real and that the devil will seize every opportunity to trumpet his own celebrity. Perhaps the best response to the devil at Halloween is that offered by Martin Luther, the great Reformer: “The best way to drive out the devil, if he will not yield to texts of Scripture, is to jeer and flout him for he cannot bear scorn.”

On October 31, 1517, Martin Luther began the Reformation with a declaration that the church must be recalled to the authority of God’s Word and the purity of biblical doctrine. With this in mind, the best Christian response to Halloween might be to scorn the Devil and then pray for the Reformation of Christ’s church on earth. Let’s put the dark side on the defensive.

Forget celebrating a stupid Pagan Festival called Halloween, 31 October is this Saturday. For Australians that means the anniversary of the Light horse charge on Beersheba. This victory set up the taking of Jerusalem and the founding of the modern state of Israel. The Wells of Beersheba – captured by Muslims 31st October 1517, liberated by the ANZAC Light Horse 400 years to the very day – 31st October 1917. Four hundred years to the very day! Coincidence or the hand of God?

Muslim refugees chant ‘**** You’ and ‘ Allahu Akbar’ in Budapest

Posted on 9/8/2015, by markomalley

No matter how the media frames this – it is what it is, an Islamic invasion of Europe.

Is there a modern day Charles Martel in Europe? Me thinks not.

This is a cautionary tale for America. We must now allow these invaders into our country. This is a hijrah, a migration to Islamize a new land.

If you look at the mainstream media coverage of the event, it’s all happy families and grateful women and old men.

Meanwhile, it appears that Hungary is terribly suspicious of the influx, given their past as the historical bulwark against Islamist aggression:

Hungary’s prime minister, Viktor Orban, was criticized online and in person on Thursday for writing in a German newspaper that it was important to secure his nation’s borders from mainly Muslim migrants “to keep Europe Christian.”

RUAP social media article – 26th October

“From this time forward, under God, I pledge my loyalty to Australia and its people, whose democratic beliefs I share. Whose rights and liberties I respect and whose laws I will uphold and obey”.

Migrants’ oath before Australian citizenship.

There is little doubt that the glory years of peace & prosperity in our Nation were embedded in the 1950s and 60s.

Indeed, for the entire time – 1949 to 1972 – that the Federal Labor Party was in the political wilderness, something truly great, and binding, transpired – THE SNOWY MOUNTAINS SCHEME.

The “Snowy” was the largest engineering project ever undertaken in Australia.

Statistically, 16 major dams [including the Eucumbene, Jindabyne & Blowering], 7 power stations and 225 kilometres of tunnels and pipelines were constructed.

Of crucial, further interest was the diversity and numbers of migrants who chipped in.

An estimated 100,000 people worked on the Scheme between 1949 and 1972; TWO thirds of them were migrants from over 40 countries!

In a very real sense, another Australian national identity, post-Anzac, was forged.

There was no centrelink cop out for these hardy migrants. Some worked day and night, principally out of gratitude to the “fair go” that this, their new Nation, was affording them. This is universally accepted. In fact, your correspondent’s dad was one of them.

The problems of latter day, sabre wielding Sharians as we witnessed at the weekend in Hyde Park, Sydney,

is that there is no loyalty to Australian laws and values, but its complete Antithesis.

MPs may be given free vote on late-term abortion Bill

Following is a recent post from RUAP facebook, including a Herald Sun article titled, ‘MPs may be given free vote on late-term abortion Bill’.

Benjamin Franklin once said that, “In this world nothing can be said to be certain, except death and taxes.”

In Victoria, that statement applies to many who DON’T even get to celebrate their first BIRTHDAY!

From the Herald Sun, “MPs may be given free vote on late-term abortion Bill. It is understood Liberal and Labor MPs are likely to be given a free vote on the issue when DLP MP Rachel Carling-Jenkins introduces a Private Member’s Bill later this year.

Sources from multiple parties in the Upper House have told the Herald Sun a vote on the Bill, which would stop women who are more than 20 weeks’ pregnant from legally having an abortion, would be close”.

Recent birthday boy, Daniel Nalliah, backs Rachel Carling-Jenkins to the hilt. In fact, it’s a done deal.

[Viewers are reminded that Victoria possesses the most hideous Abortion Laws in the World. A baby’s life can be destroyed – and body parts sold – up to NINE months after conception]

Iraqi Authorities Document Christian Persecution for the First Time

Jeremy Reynalds : Sep 2, 2015 : ASSIST News

A Christian member of Iraq’s parliament, Imad Youkhana, issued a statement on July 9 calling for greater protections for the country’s Christian population.

(Baghdad, Iraq)—[ANS] Christian persecution in Iraq is being officially documented for the first time under orders of the country’s government.

Prime Minister Haydar al-Abadi has authorized the establishment of a committee that will work to end the ongoing abuses against Christians that have escalated since the rise of Islamic State.

Quoting a story by Fides News Agency, Christian Today (CT) reporter Carey Lodge said the heads of the committee have already met with Chaldean Catholic Patriarch Louis Raphael I to collect data, and will carry out a census of the homes and properties illegally seized from Christians.

NGO Baghdad Beituna (Baghdad Our Home) estimates that there have been more than 7,000 violations against properties belonging to Iraqi Christians in the city since 2003.

The Syrian Refugee Crisis is Not Our Problem

September 4, 2015 – Daniel Greenfield

The Syrian refugee crisis that the media bleats about is not a crisis. And the Syrian refugees it champions are often neither Syrians nor refugees.

Fake Syrian passports are cheaper than an EU politician’s virtue and easier to come by.

Just about anyone who speaks enough Arabic to pass the scrutiny of a European bureaucrat can come with his two wives in tow and take a turn on the carousel of their welfare state.

Or on our welfare state which pays Christian and Jewish groups to bring the Muslim terrorists of tomorrow to our towns and cities. And their gratitude will be as short-lived as our budgets.

The head of a UNHCR camp called Syrian refugees “The most difficult refugees I’ve ever seen. In Bulgaria, they complained that there were no jobs. In Sweden, they took off their clothes to protest that it was too cold.

In Italy, Muslim African “refugees” rejected pasta and demanded food from their own countries. But the cruel Europeans who “mistreat” migrants set up a kitchen in Calais with imported spices cooked by a Michelin chef determined to give them the stir-fried rabbit and lamb meatballs they’re used to. There are also mobile phone charging stations so the destitute refugees can check on their Facebook accounts.

Why Did Oil-Rich Arab Countries Abandon Muslim Refugees?

September 4, 2015 – Nonie Darwish

Western media is reporting on the Muslim refugee crisis as a humanitarian problem that the West must deal with. But where are the media’s questions about the huge financial and land resources available to oil rich Arab and Muslim countries? Where are the Islamic solutions in this equation?

The world is often lectured to about the urgency of respecting Arab and Islamic brotherly love, but where is the Arab action to rescue fellow Muslims and Arabs from the claws of ISIS?

Where are Arab feminists, especially those who demonstrated against France for banning the hijab? They are silent and doing nothing to rescue thousands of women that are victims of Islamic jihadist rape and enslavement. The only compassionate women helping women in the Middle East are the Christian mother Teresas and Kayla Muellers of the western world.

Where are the mighty Arab armies who waged dozens of wars against Israel? Why aren’t they fighting ISIS and building tent cities in the vast deserts of Arabia, Egypt, Jordan and the wealthy Gulf States? They are all claiming they are “moderate” Muslims and that they are against ISIS. But is one substantive thing they have done?

Will migrants flooding Europe embrace Western values?

By Cal Thomas – September 03, 2015

Migrants get back on a train in Bicske, Hungary, Thursday, Sept. 3, 2015.

Over 150,000 migrants have reached Hungary this year, most coming through the southern border with Serbia. Many apply for asylum but quickly try to leave for richer EU countries.

Back when I was in school, I performed a scientific experiment in which I poured a liquid of one color into a beaker that contained liquid of a different color. At first the liquid in the beaker was diluted, but as I kept pouring, the poured liquid eventually overtook the liquid in the beaker, creating an entirely new substance.

That’s what is happening in Europe as thousands of migrants flee their home countries, seeking refuge in the European Union. Germany, alone, is expected to have received 800,000 migrants by the end of the year, four times last year’s number.
