Despite a huge, concerted effort by homosexual activists to derail Franklin Graham’s Festival of Hope, dramatic testimonies from thousands reveal tears, brokenness, salvation—assurance of a “new beginning” for Iceland.

(Reykjavik, Iceland)—Last Sunday, as Icelanders came streaming down the aisle responding to a Gospel message from Franklin Graham, an emotional night left tears of joy and real hope for a revival to sweep this nation.

It normally takes a lot to move Skúli Barker to tears.

But what he witnessed on Sunday night in his country…

He’ll be the first to tell you, that simply doesn’t happen in Iceland.

“My wife was sobbing next to me,” Skúli said. “And I started to cry. It’s just amazing.”

It started off as a few souls responding at the end of Franklin Graham’s Gospel message and before he knew it, throngs were flooding the stage, elbow-to-elbow, hundreds of people packed in, aisles backed up.

People wanting to meet Jesus. And willing to say that out loud. Pray that out loud.

Proverbs 4:20-27

The heart is truly a wonder. It beats more than a hundred thousand times a day, pumping oxygen and nutrition through sixty thousand miles of arteries, veins and capillaries. The health of the whole body depends on the heart. It is strategically protected beneath the surface, and is central to our lives.

The condition of our hearts is of great importance to us, and it should be. We spend a great deal of time and money exercising to get our heart rate up, eating less fatty foods, etc. We are preoccupied with exercise and diet. We look at the heart symbols next to menu items. My wife has convinced me of the benefits of tofu, something I never thought possible. I found myself even ordering a tofu enchilada in a restaurant lately.

The Bible teaches there is a spiritual heart too. It too is central and interior to our being, critical to our life as God intended it to be lived, and is always active, receiving and distributing what we feed it. Our spiritual heart is the part that causes us to act the way we do. Our words, attitudes, and actions flow from it.

To care for our spiritual heart, we must understand some things about it.

The heart is the richest term in the Bible for the totality of man’s inner nature. It is the deepest core of our being which animates the rest of the body. It is the source of what makes us truly alive: our soul, emotions, longings, ambitions, thoughts, beliefs, and will.

1) Pr Daniel stated today, “We thank and praise God for His mighty hand at work in our nation of Australia. While many Pentecostal churches are blocking the Holy Spirit from moving in the church service, I praise God many mainline churches are opening their hearts to the moving of the Holy Spirit and praying in tongues.”

In Darwin a few weeks ago, a couple of Catholic Priests were mightily touched by God and were praying in tongues. Last weekend in Finley, NSW several people from mainline churches, who came to the meetings, were filled with the Holy Spirit and started praying in tongues.

Several others responded to the salvation call and gave their lives to Jesus. One guy in particular, who many had been praying for his salvation, gave his heart to Jesus on Sunday night. He is a very well known businessman known by most people in the area.

Pr Daniel preachingOne of his friends stated, “This is the best thing which is happened in this town this weekend. We have been praying for my friend’s salvation. Praise God he is now born-again.”Worshipping the Lord

As people from around six churches came together, God moved most powerfully. Many travelled more than one hour to get to the meetings. Many responded to the altar call.

The farmers were telling Pr Daniel and the team that it had not rained for months, and that if it does not rain this week, that it will be very hard for them.

Glory to God before Pr Daniel and the team left Finley it started pouring down with rain. Thank you Jesus for answering our prayers.

Darwin – Lump dissapears / Curses broken / Salvations / 30 Pastors and leaders from many churches unite

Dear family & friends in Christ,

What an amazing weekend it has been. God moved most powerfully amongst His dear people in Darwin as many people joined together to hear the Word of God preached by Pr Daniel.

It was so encouraging to see many Pastors who came to the meetings, including 2 Catholic Priests, mightily touched by the presence of God.

As people from several churches united in prayer, praise and worship, the anointing of the Holy Ghost powerfully touched many lifes.

Many shared their testimonies, including one Gentleman as to how he brought his sister to a Melbourne to a Catch The Fire service in Hallam. His sister had cancer and her kidneys were very badly affected, as she had a big lump (cist).

But he said praise God after Pr Daniel laid hands and prayed on my sister the lump disappeared. She is doing very well by the grace of God.

Another lady responded to the altar call in order to see generational curses broken. Her mother told her that she was an unwanted child and her father told her she should not eat, as she is not fit to live. This lady was very thin.

As Pr Daniel spoke on “How to be free from generational curses and that everyone is created in the image of God, and that everyone is so special, this lady came to the altar, broke down and started weeping as the Spirit of God mightily touched her.

Nick Vujicic Shares About ‘Divine Appointment’ With Limbless Girl in Malaysia

Evangelist Nick Vujicic shared an inspirational story of “divine appointment” on his Facebook page Tuesday.

Vujicic, who was born with no arms or legs, is in the midst of a two-week Christian outreach tour of several Asian countries.

With a photo of the family in the capital city of Malaysia, Vujicic begins, “Friends, I have an incredible story to share about a family I met in Kuala Lumpur.”

He goes on to say the family drove seven hours to meet him but found the event was filled when they arrived.

“After patiently waiting for more than 4 hours for us to leave the venue, they managed to track down which van I was in,” he continues. “That in itself was no easy task, as there was quite a bit of commotion exiting the event, and our convoy was made up of three different vans which carry the team and our gear.

“They followed behind us, planning on saying hello whenever we reached our destination. When we stopped for fuel, they came running out of their car. Our host, Joshua, saw them coming up to the van and said to me, ‘Wow, you’ll never believe what I’m seeing. There’s a family with a girl who has no arms and no legs, and they’re coming to see you.’

Salvations, Deliverance & Holy Spirit Fire in Sydney / Pr Daniel in Melbourne this Sunday 6th Oct / Darwin 12th & 13th Oct

Dear family & friends in Christ,

1) On this past weekend gone by Pr Daniel ministered in 3 different churches in Sydney.

We praise and thank God for the awesome worship at these meetings as the presence of God was so great that Pr Daniel started praying for people before preaching.

Many people came to the altar at every meeting as Pr Daniel laid hands on them, anointed them with oil and prayed over them in the name of Jesus.  Many started weeping and repenting in the presence of God.  One young lady who had come with her mother was delivered and set free from several demonic spirits.

When she came into the meeting, she seemed quite worried, but when she left, she had a great big smile and was just completely transformed.

She, her mother and niece all gave their lives to Jesus.  Several people who were mightily touched by God rededicated their lives to the Lord at all the meetings.

People were very greatly encouraged to hear all of the great testimonies coming out of from the Rise Up Australia Party campaign as many of the candidates in NSW were present at the meetings.

Pr Daniel thanked all those who prayed for and supported the RUAP campaign in NSW.  He also challenged the NSW team to get ready for their NSW state election.

He stated, “I am so encouraged by the excitement and passion demonstrated by the people in NSW, in particular the RUAP candidates.  I thank God for RUAP.

I know for sure we have already started to take ground and will keep doing so as long as it takes.”

CTFM new church project- unexpected answer to prayer

Dear family & friends in Christ,

We wish to thank you all for covering us in prayer regarding the new Catch The Fire Ministries base which was about to be built in Doveton, Victoria.

We’re sure you all know that the land right next to us was purchased by the Afghani Muslim community to build a mosque which we at CTFM opposed, but the local council granted the permit.

This matter was taken to VCAT and the hearing was adjourned to November.

In Luke 14:25-35 the Word of God speaks of the importance of counting the cost before moving to build a tower or going to war. Well, in the past few weeks we have been doing just that, spending hours prayerfully seeking the Lord’s direction as to what we should do.

Pr Daniel particularly asked the Lord for a clear sign to show him whether or not he should continue to fight this battle in the courts, as the whole purpose of opposing the construction of the mosque was based on the fact it was going to be built right next door to our future CTFM base.

We were ready to go all the way to the Supreme Court, even though it would have taken us around 2 years and tens of thousands of dollars.

Well, all glory to God that our prayers were answered in the most unexpected way.

Europe needs the Holy Spirit – Brian Houston

Thousands made the commute to London’s 02 Arena last week for this year’s Hillsong Conference. Senior Pastor and founder of the Hillsong Church Australia Brian Houston took to the stage to deliver a message on God’s sufficiency and the importance of yielding to the Holy Spirit.

“Where the Spirit of the Lord is there is freedom. We need the Holy Spirit, Europe needs the Holy Spirit,” he said.

“It’s not only in the atmosphere of great services, great conferences or great churches where we can know the power of the Holy Spirit. You can know his power in your life. He lives within, he leads us and empowers us.”

Worship was provided by the Hillsong team from their album Glorious Ruins and also present at the conference was the Archbishop of Canterbury the Most Reverend Justin Welby.

Houston shared how God’s favour has been upon the conference. “I genuinely believe that it is God breathed and Heaven sent, otherwise it couldn’t happen. For many years, according to the Australian tourist blogs, the largest national conference in the country year after year is not some business conference, not some self-motivational help conference. It is a church leadership conference about championing the cause of local churches everywhere. That won’t happen if it’s not God breathed and heaven sent,” he said.
