CRIMINAL ON THE CROSS/HAPPY EASTER

Crosses at calvaryDear family & friends in Christ,

It is once again the time of the year when the shops are full of people buying their Easter Eggs etc, but in the busyness of life and all the shopping and the stories of Easter bunny and so on, sadly the real reason why we celebrate Easter gets buried.

The story below captures the moments heading up to this amazing event which took place some 2000 years ago, where my Jesus gave His life for you and me on the cross of Calvary and then rose victorious on the third day.  This is the real meaning of Easter, that our Saviour rose again victorious!  Hallelujah!

Sadly, most children and many adults do not know the real meaning of Easter. A few years ago a survey done showed that more than 80% of children in school thought Easter was all about the Easter Bunny and Eggs.

Iranian Video Says Mahdi is ‘Near’

The Basij. This Iranian paramilitary force is a branch of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps. They enforce Iran\'s Islamic social codes, and have a branch in almost every Iranian mosque.Iran President Mahmoud AhmadinejadBy Dan Wooding – Founder of ASSIST Ministries

March 28, 2011

TEHRAN, IRAN (ANS) — Erick Stakelbeck, CBN News Terrorism Analyst is reporting that new evidence has emerged that the Iranian government sees the current unrest in the Middle East as a signal that the Mahdi–or Islamic messiah–is about to appear.

CBN News has obtained a never-before-seen video produced by the Iranian regime that says all the signs are moving into place — and that Iran will soon help usher in the end times.

While the revolutionary movements gripping the Middle East have created uncertainty throughout the region, the video shows that the Iranian regime believes the chaos is divine proof that their ultimate victory is at hand. (more…)

Souls saved, Demons flee as Holy Spirit fire falls on the weekend

Pr Chandi ministering to Aboriginal people in QldPr Daniel ministering in SunburyDear family & friends in Christ,

What an amazing weekend of Holy Spirit fire and mighty anointing!

We thank and praise our God for His mighty hand at work in our nation of Australia. We pray that the Holy Spirit will be given free reign in every single church so that we could see the book of Acts in action.

On the weekend just gone by, Pr Daniel ministered in Sunbury and Keilor Downs in Victoria to hundreds of hungry people who gathered to hear the Word of God.  All glory to God as they were mightily blessed by the great anointing of the presence of Jesus which fell at every service.

People flocked to the altar to receive from God and one woman who came forward fell under the anointing as Pr Daniel laid hands on her, and then started manifesting with evil spirits.  As many people watched and stretched their hands toward her and prayed, many demons left the woman and she was set free, hallelujah!

Why did my middle class brother turn into an Islamic extremist who won’t be seen on TV with our mother if she’s not wearing a veil?

Transformation: Just a year ago Salahuddin, front, was known to his middle-class friends and family simply as Rich, a 27-year-old security guard at the BBC.By Daily Mail Reporter on 3rd April 2011

Pressing his loudspeaker tighter into his mousy-brown bush of a beard, Salahuddin’s bright-blue eyes fill with hatred.

‘When the Taliban defeat the allies we will establish Sharia law and take the fight to the enemy,’ he preaches before a baying crowd of extremist friends at a demo in Barking, Greater London.

But just a year ago Salahuddin was known to his middle-class friends and family simply as Rich, a 27-year-old security guard for the BBC.

As a youngster, growing up in the sunny seaside town of Weymouth, Dorset, he harboured dreams of becoming a builder. That was before his transformation.

Empowered to Act: Why Christians Should Change the World

Michael CravenWed, Mar. 16 2011 by S. Michael Craven | Christian Post Guest Columnist

The idea that Christians are to bring healing into the world-the restoration of people and the reformation of systems that hinder them-seems reasonable enough (in thought, anyway). It is certainly biblical. Reality, however, is another story.

The moment one ventures out into the world-either physically or through the lens of the media-you will no doubt be thrown back by the overwhelming suffering, injustice, and evil that frequently seems to rule the day. Islamic terrorists-an enemy with no intelligible goal other than destruction-remind us that evil is real, ruthless, and well-supplied with volunteers. Incomprehensible poverty in India, despotic regimes in the Middle East, and Mexican drug wars us that injustice still reigns throughout much of the world. Just recently, in my own community, a twenty-nine-year-old pastor was brutally murdered in his church and his sixty-seven-year-old female assistant was nearly beaten to death for a few dollars.

Glorious 2nd Credentialing Service at CTFM in Melbourne, Australia

Some of the congregation worshipping at the altarPr Daniel and wife Maryse with some of the newly credentialed ministersDear family & friends in Christ in Australia and around the World,

1) We thank and praise Jesus our Lord and Saviour for His awesome presence on Sunday the 10th of April at the CTFM 2nd Credentialing Service in Melbourne, Australia where 18 men & woman of God received their ordination into the 5-Fold Ministry in the Body of Christ for the advancement of the Kingdom of God.

This very special service started off with wonderful praise and worship led by the CTFM worship team. During the worship many came up to the altar and soaked in the presence of God. Some were kneeling, some were sitting on the floor, some were lying prostrate on the floor, some were waving banners and others with their hands lifted up were just simply worshipping Jesus. It was so great to see people expressing their hearts to Jesus in their own way!

Many at the altar also received prayer and were mightily touched by the Spirit of God as Pr Daniel laid hands on each person and prayed for them. The anointing of the Lord was so tangible that many were weeping in His presence. Oh, what a mighty God we serve!

Pr Daniel shared the prophetic Word of the Lord, speaking on “It is Time for Change” and challenged the people of God to get ready for change, to rise up for Jesus.

Are You a Sheep or a Goat in the Imperfect Church?

Thursday, 31 March 2011 – by Jennifer LeClaire of Charisma Magazine

You know the drill. It was the end of a long workday. I was racing from one errand to another before it was time to pick up my daughter for our dinner date. I didn’t have a moment to spare…

So when Richard, a disheveled character with enough sand on his face to nearly disguise the scar on his cheek, approached me asking for money to buy food, it took me a minute to catch on to what the Lord was doing. I honestly didn’t have as much as a penny in my pocket and apologetically told him so. After Richard walked on by, it suddenly dawned on me that I was standing in front of an ATM machine!

“Hey mister!” I cried out after him.

Richard turned around slowly as I raced up to him with my debit card in hand. We were standing in front of a Subway, so I invited him inside for a meal. Richard had a grateful heart, but also an aching one. He hugged and kissed me and thanked me profusely for the double meatball and tuna fish footlong sub—then he dropped the “S” bomb. Richard told me he wanted to kill himself.

“Brother, do you know where you’ll go when you die?”

Republicans launch bill to jail Muslims who follow Sharia law

Proposal: Republican Senator Bill Ketron, 57, has put forward a bill to make following some forms of Sharia law a crime punishable by a 15-year jail sentenceBy Daily Mail Reporter - 2nd March 2011

A conservative group has put together the boldest legal attempt yet to limit how Muslims worship in America.

The Tennessee group, led by Republican Senator Bill Ketron, 57, has proposed a bill to make following some versions of Sharia law a crime punishable by 15 years in jail.

They are concerned extremist Muslims want Sharia to supersede the Constitution, but the bill would probably face steep constitutional hurdles if it is enacted.

Half of Brazil’s Population to be Evangelical Christian by 2020

Feb. 20 2011 – Andrea Marcela Madambashi – Christian Post Correspondent

An international missions organization reports that evangelicals are expected to reach 57.4 million in Brazil this year in accordance with the evangelical annual growth rate of 7.42 percent.

Researchers at “Servindo aos Pastores e Líderes” (SEPAL) announced this 2011 figure last Monday based on findings from its groundbreaking study last year that predicted Brazil’s evangelical growth rate over the next decade.

SEPAL had conducted this study utilizing results from Brazil’s Census 2000 survey by the Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estatística (Brazilian Institute of Geography and Statistics) and other information from a March 2007 study conducted by Datafolha, a major domestic information firm.

Based on figures obtained from both sources, SEPAL concluded that over half of the nation’s population will be evangelical in less than a decade.

“We believe 52 per cent of the population will be evangelical by 2020, or about 109.3 million evangelicals within a total population of 209.3 million,” said SEPAL researcher Luis André Brunet, in an interview with The Christian Post this week.

Australia: Gunmen spray Hindu temple with bullets

Sydney Morning Herald

The attacks have been in retaliation for noise and parking problems, says the Sydney Morning Herald.

In reality, they are more likely in retaliation for the Hindus’ irritating refusal to worship Allah alone and acknowledge Muhammad as his prophet. Islamic Tolerance Alert: “Gunshots prompt prayers for peace,” by Eamonn Duff and Natalie O’Brien in the Sydney Morning Herald, April 3 (thanks to Hindu Existence).

IT BEGAN with minor acts of vandalism, including egg throwing and smashed windows, but instead of remaining periodic footnotes in the night log at Auburn police station, the incidents have grown so violent – and the issue so culturally sensitive – that even authorities are reluctant to speak about them publicly.
Australia’s oldest Hindu temple, the Sri Mandir in Auburn, is under siege and its devotees gripped by fear.

On March 19, two men in balaclavas stood at the intersection of a nearby road, spraying the front of the prayer hall with eight rounds of bullets. The building was unoccupied at the time. (more…)

Heaven Is For Real—a Little Boy Shares His Experience “in Heaven”

Colton went to Heaven and came back to earthby Aimee Herd : Mar 16, 2011 : KWGN.com

“His experience in Heaven hasn’t changed [my] son, but because Colton was so young when it happened it has defined his life.” -Todd Burpo

Todd and Sonja Burpo of Imperial, Nebraska were visiting Colorado with their 3-year-old son Colton, when he began complaining of a stomach ache. Despite suggestions of possible appendicitis, he was dismissed, but returned to a hospital two days later, and was eventually rushed into surgery.

It was discovered that his appendix had burst some five days before he was finally diagnosed.

Now his life hung by a thread and his parents hit their knees in prayer. Miraculously, little Colton survived. And, after a couple of surgeries and a difficult recovery, their boy bounced back.

The Koran Riots in Afghanistan: An Indictment of All Islam

NewsReal ^ | April 1, 2011 | Rob Taylor

Posted on Saturday, April 02, 2011 by TheHawksNest

7 United Nations workers were murdered by a crowd of angry Muslims in Afghanistan during protests organized by religious leaders. The clerics drove through the city of Mazar-i-Sharif with loud speakers, demanding that Muslims “protest” the burning of a Koran by a Florida pastor.  Two of the UN workers were beheaded.

The leftist media here is placing the blame squarely on Koran burner Terry Jones while desperately clinging to the myth of the peaceful Muslim protest that “just got out of control”–no doubt hijacked by a that tiny minority of extremists the media thinks is responsible for over 1,000 years of Islamic Imperialism. But when the Left here makes excuses for Muslim barbarity they ignore reality and the internal drives of unreformed Islam that make Muslims predisposed to mayhem and violence.

There is no other religious group on Earth that murders and rapes more people whenever they feel attacked and insulted nor is there one that attacks and insults other religions as regularly. While the Muslims in Afghanistan murdered innocent people because one man in Florida burned a Koran, Saudi authorities tortured and arrested two Indian Christians for praying. During the arrest Saudi religious police trampled the victims’ Bibles and tore the holy books. (more…)

Young Footy players coming to Jesus / CTFM Credentialing Service

Young Footy players and others surrender to Jesus in Culcairn, NSWPr Daniel ministering in Culcairn, NSWDear family & friends in Christ,

1) We thank and praise our Heavenly Father for another wonderful weekend of advancing the Kingdom of God, not by might, nor by power, but by the Spirit of the Lord of hosts!

I’m sure you too would have had a great weekend in your church glorifying our Lord Jesus Christ, died, risen, ascended, soon coming King of Kings and LORD of lords!

At CTFM in Hallam, VIC we had 2 visiting ministers with Pastor Jacob from India in the morning service and Pastor Bernard from Malaysia at the evening service. The Spirit of God moved very powerfully at both services as many were mightily touched and blessed through the anointed word of the Lord and some amazing testimonies from these two humble servants of God.  One of the Christian ministers shared how he was a Hindu before God supernaturally touched him and he surrendered his life to Jesus.

Last Thursday night, Evangelist Jason from CTFM ministered in a Holy Spirit revival outpouring at an AOG church in Cranbourne, VIC where people were born-again into the Kingdom of God, miraculously healed, delivered, set free from demonic spirits of depression and others, receiving the mighty baptism of the Holy Spirit and Fire to Rise Up Australia and the Nations for the 2nd coming of Jesus!

Over the weekend, Pr Daniel and a team from CTFM ministered in Culcairn & Holbrook, NSW where people from 6 different churches attended the Holy Spirit meetings, including some from the Catholic and Lutheran churches. All glory to God for bringing the body of Christ together!
