Jihad Watch: Among the most attacked sites on the Internet

Daniel Cid, the Chief Technical Officer of the web security firm Sucuri, has informed me that of the thousands of websites his company protects, including sites much bigger than this one, Jihad Watch is by far the most frequently attacked:
Here at Sucuri we protect thousands of websites through our enterprise Website Firewall. One of the most disruptive attacks we see are known as Distributed Denial of Service (DDOS) attacks. These attacks are designed to disrupt the service and take down a website by overloading it with fake requests and making it inaccessible to everyone else.
Jihad Watch is one of those thousands of websites we help protect, and by far the most attacked we have in our network. It is targeted daily, by massive and large scale DDoS attempts that exceed 100Gbps of traffic on most days.
What is interesting is that DDoS attacks usually last for a few hours, up to days and go away. However, Jihad Watch has been under multiple, daily attacks, for more than a year (ranging from distributed advanced SYN floods, HTTP GET Floods, DNS/SSDP/NTP amplification attacks and many others).

Why can’t Muslims laugh at Mohammed?

In Mel Brooks’ comedy “History of the World Part I,” Moses is shown descending from Mount Sinai with three stone tablets in hand. As he declares, “I give you the Fifteen Commandments,” one falls and breaks, and Moses corrects himself, “er, Ten Commandments.” Jews, including the observant, find this funny rather than offensive. As we learned once again in Garland, Texas, Muslims do not laugh at jokes about Mohammed, the purported author of the Koran (as Moses is the author of the Torah). Two wannabe Jihadists with assault rifles and body armor were no match for an off-duty Texas traffic cop with a sidearm, but the incident might have turned into a massacre worse than the murder of the Charlie Hebdo staff in January.
Why do Jews as well as Christians–but not Muslims–laugh at jokes about the founders of their faiths?
The answer is that radically different deities are in question. Judaism begins with a covenant between God and human beings–Abraham and his descendants–that is a partnership in which God is normally, but not always, the senior partner. As Rabbi Lord Jonathan Sacks observes, the Jewish sages of antiquity envisioned Moses acting as a judge for God, permitting God to annul his earlier vow to destroy the Jewish people after the sin of the Golden Calf. This is unimaginable in Islam, just as unimaginable as the Christian God who humbles himself on the cross.

Mona Walter grew up a Muslim in Somalia. When she moved to Sweden, she started studying Islam, and found that she did not like what she was learning. Now she has left Islam and is called an “Islamophobe” and worse.
What should she have done? Stayed in a religion she disliked and believed to be false so as to avoid threats and opprobrium? What should she do now? Stay silent for fear of charges of “Islamophobia” that inevitably come to everyone who dares utter a critical word about Islam and jihad?
In the West today one must like Islam, or is considered to have some kind of moral defect. One need not like Christianity or Judaism, or socialism or capitalism or democracy or communism, but one must like and respect Islam, or you will be considered to be “hateful,” “bigoted,” and “racist,” as well as “Islamophobic.”
This is one reason why AFDI and Jihad Watch are co-sponsoring the Muhammad Art Exhibit and Cartoon Contest in the Dallas area Sunday. The point is not mockery of Islam. The point is not poking religious people in the eye. The point is defending the principles of free speech and free inquiry, without which society and human beings are not free, but are slaves to the people in power. Those who wield the real power are not necessarily those who hold office. Those who wield the real power are those whom one dares not criticize, to say nothing of mocking, on pain of violent reprisal: if they’re allowed to frighten people into silence, then essentially they can do whatever they wish, knowing that no one will dare to cross them.
UKIP vows to defend Britain’s Christians in new election platform

LONDON, May 5, 2015 (LifeSiteNews.com) – In sight of this month’s general election, the United Kingdom Independence Party (UKIP) has issued a manifesto of its adherence to Christian values, saying that there must be a more “robust” defence of Christianity. The party’s leader, Nigel Farage, stated that the political class in Britain has lost sight of the nation’s Christian roots.
“We will uphold robustly the rights of Christians, as well as those of other faiths, to worship as they wish and to espouse their beliefs openly, within the limits of the common law,” the party said in its “Christian manifesto,” thus far, the only such document produced by any British political party.
UKIP says the party is “proud of Britain’s Judaeo-Christian heritage,” which it says “underpins our culture, our legal code and our system of governance.”
“We will stand up for it because we believe it is as integral, relevant and important a part of life in Britain today as it has ever been.”
“Sadly, I think UKIP is the only major political party left in Britain that still cherishes our Judaeo-Christian heritage. I believe other parties have deliberately marginalised our nation’s faith, whereas we take Christian values and traditions into consideration when making policy,” Farage said.

In 1914, Britain and France were allied with Russia. George Christensen, the National Party Deputy Whip, has reported some whipersnappin’ “socialist ratbags” to the Human Rights Commission for burning an Australian flag at a counter Reclaim Australia protest.
“The clowns who burned three Australian flags at a protest on the Easter weekend, protected by a wall of socialist ratbags, have been reported to the Human Rights Commission,” the federal member for Dawson blogged.
The outspoken backbencher has asked the Commission to investigate whether the flag burnin’ was in breach of Section 18C of the Racial Discrimination Act.
“18C makes acts against persons because of their national origin unlawful,” he tweeted. “Lefties defend 18 C without understanding it”.

In the days since 21 Coptic Christians were beheaded by ISIS, world and religious leaders have been speaking out against the terrorist group’s violence. President of the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association and Samaritan’s Purse Franklin Graham took to social media to express his views, writing on Facebook that one day ISIS militants will bow down to Jesus.
“The evil of ISIS really shouldn’t shock us – it is fully in keeping with their ultimate agenda of hastening a final apocalypse. God’s Word tells us that there will be a final battle one day, but it will result in the defeat of Satan and all those allied with him,” Graham wrote.

Speaking in a discussion on Islam at the National Religious Broadcasters’ International Christian Media Convention on Tuesday, New York Times bestselling author and Middle East expert Joel Rosenberg explained that the biggest threat facing the Western world is not the rise of radical Islam, but rather the rise of “apocalyptic Islam.”
In one of four Islam discussions held at the three-day conference in Nashville, Tennessee, Rosenberg, who authored the bestselling book series The Last Jihad, criticized the Obama administration for refusing to acknowledge the threat posed by radical extremist terrorists as a threat from “radical Islam.”
Rosenberg continued by saying that although many people feel that the rise of radical terrorist groups is one of the biggest threats to America and Western nations, a bigger cause for concern in the West should be the rise of two nation-states — Iran and the Islamic State — with leaders promoting an “apocalyptic” brand of Islam focused on the “annihilation” of the United States and Israel.

Massive Police bungle causes violence at Reclaim Australia Rally in Melbourne.
We salute the police for doing a great job across Australia in maintaining peace and order at the Reclaim Australia Rallies around Australia, but unfortunately in Melbourne it was not the same.
Due to a new law passed by the Daniel Andrew’s Labor State Government of Vic on 26th March, the Vic Police department was handcuffed from taking action against the protestors who demonstrated against the peaceful Reclaim Australia Rally in Melbourne at federation Square.
One needs to ask the question as to why the police blocked around 1000 + supporters who came to the Reclaim Australia Rally from entering the area at Federation Square for the rally.
Which resulted in the socialist alliance protesters starting to attack peaceful participators of the Reclaim Australia Rally. Since they were blocked out by police and made to stand amongst the opposition.
This also made it look like that there were more people against us, when in reality there were many more who came to stand united to protect Australia and Keep Australia Australian, but they were made to stand with the opposition by the police.
The National President of Rise Up Australia Party Daniel Nalliah was the only speaker who completed his speech, as the police shut down the peaceful rally.

When Mr Nalliah asked several police officers why they were not letting our people in, they responded “We are simply following orders.”
Whose orders?? Was it Daniel Andrew’s who was pulling strings to discredit the rally by passing the bill just 10 days before the rally, clamping down on police powers as mentioned in the Herald Sun on Sunday to push back counter protestors??
We are calling on all Patriots to call the Police Event’s Division on 03 9247 5714 and the office of Daniel Andrews on (03) 9651 5000 to lodge a complaint against the injustice done to many peace loving patriotic Aussies.
