Islamizing Britain’s Schools

April 1, 2014 by Bruce Bawer – Frontpage Mag

Real Muslims understand the critical importance of teaching the young. The critical importance, that is, of teaching them the “right” things and not teaching them the “wrong” things. The most important single element of stealth Islamization is the effort to convert Western schools from centers of secular education into hubs of Islamic indoctrination. Fortunately, there are plenty of dhimmi teachers and school administrators eager to help out, convinced that they’re serving the interests of multicultural peace and harmony. These days, for some reason, this form of dhimmitude seems to be most prevalent – and to take its acutest form – in England.

Take, for example, Lynn Small, headmistress of a state elementary school in Huntington, England, who last November wrote a letter to parents of fourth- and sixth-grade students warning that if they didn’t let their children attend an “Explore Islam” workshop at Staffordshire University, a “Racial Discrimination” note would be placed in the kids’ permanent records. Fortunately, parents kicked up a fuss, and the media took notice, and Small backtracked – kind of – while still insisting that since some of the school’s “pupils and teachers…belong to the Islam faith,” it was only “right for the children to understand and appreciate their faith as well as their own.”

Obviously, Small realized she’d miscalculated. Slightly. Apparently there were no repercussions for her. She still has her job, and there’s no indication that school authorities even put a note in her permanent record chiding her for making Stalinist-type threats against parents. No, her heart was plainly in the right place, as far as the British educational establishment is concerned – she just went about things the wrong way, confronting parents directly instead of taking a more crafty approach.

Even Homosexual Historians Agree That Homosexuals Aren’t ‘Born That Way’

March 31, 2014 – Daily Caller – David Benkof

Virtually no serious person disputes that in our society, people generally experience their gay or straight orientations as unchosen and unchangeable. But the LGBT community goes further, portraying itself as a naturally arising subset of every human population, with homosexuality being etched into some people’s DNA.

Are gays indeed born that way? The question has immense political, social, and cultural repercussions. For example, some of the debate over applying the Constitution’s equal protection clause to gays and lesbians focuses on whether gayness is an inborn characteristic. And the major argument gays and lesbians have made for religious affirmation has been, “God made me this way.”

Thus, if it’s proven sexual orientations are not innate, much of the scaffolding upon which today’s LGBT movement has been built would begin to crumble. Given the stakes, most gays and lesbians are dismissive or hostile toward anyone who doesn’t think being gay is an essential, natural characteristic of some members of the human race.

Why Does the Military Have Such a Low Opinion of the Commander-in-Chief? (And What Can President Obama Do to Change that Perception?)

3rd April 2014 – JENNIFER RUBIN The Washington Post

In the flood of polling we see every week there is occasionally some eye-popping nugget of data that washes up on the political landscape. The Post’s poll of members of the armed services who went to Iraq or Afghanistan has quite a few, but I will focus on one.

The poll tell us, among other things, that this president is much less respected by the troops he leads than his predecessor:

When it comes to their most-senior commander, the vets decisively prefer [President] George W. Bush to [President] Obama. Only a third approve of the way Obama is handling his job, and 42 percent of them think he has been a good commander in chief despite his decisions to bring troops home from Iraq, wind down the war in Afghanistan and increase resources for veterans. By contrast, nearly two-thirds of them think Bush, who launched both wars, was a good commander in chief.

We don’t know why their view of Obama is comparatively so negative. Maybe they believe his budget choices reflect that they are a lower priority than, say, universal pre-school. Perhaps, they see in his rush to remove all troops from Iraq, and possibly adopt the “zero option” for Afghanistan as well, that he lacks the will the retain the benefits they sacrificed to win. It could be that his wishy-washy approach to Syria or his unwillingness to deter aggressors like Vladimir Putin concerns them and makes the potential for hostilities even greater. Or it could be that, like my colleague Jackson Diehl, they understand that the president via his secretary of state “thanks to a profound misreading of the realities  on the ground — was enabling the bad guys.”

Critics blame China’s one-child policy for rise in trafficking of babies

Critics blame China’s one-child policy for rise in trafficking of babiesby Dustin Siggins Apr 01, 2014

WASHINGTON, D.C., April 1, 2014 (LifeSiteNews.com) — U.S. critics of China’s one-child policy are blaming a rise in the trafficking of babies in the country on the population control measure.

On Monday, Reuters reported that poor Chinese families, unable to pay the steep fines associated with bearing a child outside of the law, are using websites to place their infant children for adoption in order to keep them alive. Earlier this year, Chinese officials cracked down on the practice, arresting 1,094 people and “rescu[ing],” according to Reuters, “more than 380 babies.”

A government official said it was “definitely wrong” for websites to be used for the children, and that “these are children, not commodities.” One of the four websites that was shut down in the crackdown, “A Home Where Dreams Come True,” said 37,841 babies were adopted from 2007 through August 2012.

Critics in the U.S., however, told LifeSiteNews that the one-child policy was to blame for the trafficking.

Reggie Littlejohn of Women’s Rights Without Frontiers said the Chinese government encouraged “couples [to] report themselves to civil authorities to put their children up for adoption.” Littlejohn said this suggestion is risky for couples. “If the couple reports itself, will the authorities charge them fines, especially since the couple is trying to avoid the fines by avoiding authorities?” she asked.

Sharia in action in Syria: Jihadists kill, crucify man for “purposely killing a Muslim to take his money”

Indeed, the penalty for those who wage war against Allah and His Messenger and strive upon earth [to cause] corruption is none but that they be killed or crucified or that their hands and feet be cut off from opposite sides or that they be exiled from the land. That is for them a disgrace in this world; and for them in the Hereafter is a great punishment.” — Qur’an 5:33

Note that the accusation specifies that he purposefully killed a Muslim. This is because the Qur’an also says: “And never is it for a believer to kill a believer except by mistake” (4:92). If he had killed a non-Muslim, he might have been able to justify the deed on Islam’s sharp dichotomy between believers and unbelievers, and command to be “merciful to unbelievers, but ruthless to unbelievers” (48:29).

“Shocking images show Syrian thief blindfolded and CRUCIFIED by terrorist group linked to a British suicide bomber,” by Matt Blake for the Daily Mail, March 28 (thanks to Thomas Pellow):

Blindfolded, shot in the head and strung up on a crucifix for all to see, the body of a suspected murderer is paraded in a town square for people to take pictures on mobile phones.

Canberra Rocks with Praise, Worship & Prayer right outside Federal Parliament / Pr Daniel ministering in Bendigo, Vic this weekend 3rd & 4th May / RUA Prayer Melbourne on Friday 2nd May

Dear family & friends in Christ,

1) We must thank God every day for our nation of Australia.

Last weekend was truly history making as many Christians gathered outside the Federal Parliament building on the lawn to lift up praise, worship & prayer to the King of kings and the Lord of lords in Canberra, Australia’s capital city.

This glorious public celebration was organized by the Indonesian Australian churches in Sydney as the Lord placed in their hearts to come to Canberra and lift up prophetic worship to Jesus.

This was a great afternoon where the airways around Parliament were filled with praise, worship & prayer through a high powered PA system and a great bunch of musicians and singers lifting praises to God for 3 hours.

A large group of worshippers carrying banners & flags marched around the place, declaring Australia for Jesus.

Several Pastors led in prayer with great passion and love for Australia. Then Hilary & Paul who run Canberra House of Prayer made several very strategic prophetic declarations over Australia. Afterward, Pr Daniel Nalliah brought the Word of God. The sky was overcast, but as the words were spoken ‘Let the light of Jesus shine’, just then the clouds parted for a few seconds and there was bright sunshine.  It was just amazing.

Everyone who passed by was given a t-shirt which stated “His Kingdom shall reign”.  The place was filled with the presence of God.  One sound guy, who is not a believer commented, “I feel like chills running through my spine.” There was much warfare in the Spirit, pulling down the spiritual strongholds over Canberra and then there was a real sense of victory.

We praise God for the Indonesian Australians who planned such a great event. It brings us great joy to see their heart for our country Australia.

On Sunday Pr Daniel preached in Canberra and those who were at the meeting were mightily blessed.

Let God arise and His enemies be scattered!

Condoleezza Rice Rebukes President Obama for Weakening America’s Position in the World; Says, “When America Steps Back and There is a Vacuum, Trouble Will Fill That Vacuum”

March 27, 2014 – STEPHEN F. HAYES  The Weekly Standard

Former Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice accused Barack Obama of dramatically weakening the United States’ position in the world, drawing a straight line between Obama’s ever-yielding foreign policy and the increasing troubles around the world.

“Right now, there’s a vacuum,” she told a crowd of more than two thousand attending the National Republican Congressional Committee’s annual dinner last night in Washington, D.C. “There’s a vacuum because we’ve decided to lower our voice. We’ve decided to step back. We’ve decided that if we step back and lower our voice, others will lead, other things will fill that vacuum.” Citing Bashar al Assad’s slaughter in Syria, Vladimir Putin’s aggression in Ukraine, al Qaeda’s triumphant return to Fallujah, Iraq, and China’s nationalist fervor, she concluded: “When America steps back and there is a vacuum, trouble will fill that vacuum.”

Rice – measured in tone, but very tough on substance – excoriated Obama administration policies without ever mentioning the president by name. She mocked the naïve hope that “international norms” would fill the vacuum left by U.S. retreat and blasted the president for hiding behind the weariness of the public.

When Christian Arabs Reach Muslims With the Gospel

Teams visit Syrian and Bedouin camps in Lebanon to bring aid and relief and to pray with those who have gone through crisis. Kathryn Berry OM International3/26/2014 OM International

Gathered in a home in Jordan, 15 local believers discussed the life-altering experience of Arab-to-Arab outreach. These were Jordanian Christians who had gone on outreach trips to Turkey and Lebanon.

As the conversation progressed, it became apparent each of them had experienced a profound shift in faith. For the first time in many of their lives, their eyes were opened to the spiritual need of their Muslim neighbors.

From Jordan

Jordan is 98 percent Muslim, leaving the minority Christian population noticeably weak and vulnerable. Despite living in a Muslim society, most of the Jordanian Christians who participated in the outreach had never been in a Muslim home, much less shared the gospel with a Muslim. Being outside their country to minister to Muslims opened their eyes to the need for ministry in their own country.

For many of the local believers, they came to understand the spiritual needs of Muslims by first addressing the physical needs of Syrian refugees. The tragic war in Syria has left millions of suffering families around the region. Jordan, along with other countries bordering Syria, has been flooded with refugees. Traveling to Lebanon and Turkey opened the Jordanian believers’ hearts to the plight of the refugees. Moreover, it helped them realize the spiritual need of the Muslims around them back home.

Police in India Rebuke, File Case against Christians Fleeing Hindu Extremist Attack

Photo Pastor Tilas Bedia, left, with the family of his brother Chandra Bedia center Morning Star NewsNEW DELHI, March 26, 2014 (Morning Star News) – A police station official in India’s Jharkhand state this month reviled Christians who sought protection after Hindu extremists beat and threatened to kill them for refusing to convert to Hinduism, area church leaders said.

Accusing Christian leaders of forcible conversion, the Hindu extremists earlier this month attempted to forcibly convert several church members after disrupting a home worship service, beating them and parading them half-naked through the street, area pastor Rampath Nath told Morning Star News.

Police subsequently registered a case of forcible conversion against four Christians, he said.

Virender Singh, the police official at the station in Patratu Thana, Ramgarh District, verbally abused the Christians who fled their homes, rebuked them and sent them away without taking their complaint after the Hindu extremists beat them on two consecutive days, stripped off their clothes and chased them from Pali village, Nath said.

Some 10 Hindu extremists stormed into the March 4 worship meeting at the house of pastor Tilas Bedia at 7 p.m. and began beating the Christians, including the pastor’s 60-year-old mother, Christian leaders said.

Aborted and Miscarried Baby Remains Used to Power British Hospitals

By Morgan Lee , Christian Post Reporter – March 24, 2014

British hospitals used the bodies of aborted and miscarried babies to heat their buildings, the United Kingdom’s Channel 4 has shockingly revealed.

A Channel 4 show airing on Monday night reveals that the bodies of thousands of preborn babies were included as clinical waste in 10 National Health Service (NHS) trusts and subsequently incinerated. Two others admitted to burning the human remains as part of their “waste-to-energy” plants.

Health Minister and Conservative Member of Parliament, Dr. Dan Poulter, decried the practice as “totally unacceptable.”

“While the vast majority of hospitals are acting in the appropriate way, that must be the case for all hospitals and the Human Tissue Authority has now been asked to ensure that it acts on this issue without delay,” Poulter said in The Telegraph.

In response to the Channel 4 report, the U.K. Department of Health banned the practice on Sunday.

Twenty-seven NHS trusts incinerated at least 15,500 fetal remains over the past two years and parents were often not consulted about the hospital’s intentions for the baby remains, the Channel 4 report also claims.

RUAP Media Release: Why are Australia & New Zealand National Anthems not being sung at ANZAC Day Rugby Match?? Make your voice known!!

General Immediate Media Release –23rd April 2014

From the Daily Telegraph, “This Friday, in two rugby matches featuring rival New Zealand and Australian teams, the national anthems will not be played. And all because of some crazy rule book that says they can’t.”

http://mobile.news.com.au/sport/more-sports/sanzar-a-sporting-body-with-too-many-rules-in-its-rule-book-bans-national-anthems-on-anzac-day/story-fndukor0-1226892176762

Let’s get this straight. This Friday, April 25th – for many our “National Day” – the Nation’s capital will host the Super Rugby “grand-final rematch” between the ACT Brumbies and N.Z’s Waikato Chiefs. At this venue the opportunity to honor our proud countries with our National Anthem will be not permitted.

This is hard to fathom because we, Australians, together with the New Zealanders constitute “ANZAC”.

Exactly 100 years ago, hostilities on the Eastern and Western fronts partially ceased when isolated games of football [soccer] erupted between shell-shocked Germans and Russian & British soldiers respectively.

Why has the normally joyful rendition of our proud songs been rugby tackled on this centenary year of peace?
