The Victorian government thinks it knows best when it comes to children. The Premier Daniel Andrews and the Education Minister James Merlino are now forcing the implementation of the “Safe Schools” Coalition Program (SSCP) in Victorian schools without parental consent, despite a recent U-turn on the program from the federal government.
Immediate action needs to be taken to ensure that vulnerable children are protected and that parents are not pushed out of their right to be the first educators of their children.
All students deserve a safe school environment, there should be no tolerance for bullying of any kind. We all want our schools to be safe spaces for children to grow, learn about themselves and to flourish as confident and resilient individuals. The current SSCP is not the way to achieve it.
The SSCP was designed by Safe Schools Coalition Australia, a national coalition of organisations and schools to create safe and inclusive schools for students, families and staff who are same-sex attracted, intersex and/or so called “gender diverse”. The Safe Schools program was designed to protect LGBTI school students from bullying and to educate teachers and school staff about LGBTI issues. The program, however, does more than this, it pursues and teaches opinions like:

MP Cathy McGowan was going to speak to Catholic Social Services workers from all over Australia at a conference later this month until Melbourne Archbishop Denis Hart asked that she be disinvited because of her open backing of same-sex “marriage” legislation opposed by the Church. The conference organizers complied.
Archbishop Hart’s spokesman Shane Healy told reporters, “There was no malice,” on Hart’s part, nor did he want to “in any way embarrass Cathy, but he would see with a conference such as this that the keynote speaker should be in line with Catholic teaching on that very important topic.”

AUSTRALIA, February 17, 2016 (LifeSiteNews) – An Australian Christian organization is warning school principals to keep out of a federally funded Safe Schools program that is pitched as anti-bullying but is actually promoting premature sexual activity and transgenderism.
The Australian Christian Lobby says many of the 500 principals who have permitted the Safe Schools program into their schools “are probably not aware of what Safe Schools is really promoting and may be unwittingly acting as agents for rainbow activists.”
“We are in a battle for the innocence of our children,” ACL spokesperson Wendy Francis told LifeSiteNews. The program, which was produced by an alliance of homosexual activist groups, is funded to the tune of $8 million by the federal government. All state governments have made it optional for each school, except for Victoria, which will require all schools to teach it by 2017. The state of Victoria provided initial funding for the Safe Schools Coalition.

Many were greatly touched by the presence of God as the Holy Spirit moved very powerfully.
At the RUAP m
eetings, it was so very encouraging as people got behind the party in so many different ways.
After spending time in prayer, the RUAP NSW State Team worked on their strategy to contest the upcoming federal election.

An Australian terror suspect and a British teenager allegedly planned to pack a kangaroo with explosives, paint it with a symbol of Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Isil) and set it loose on police.
Sevdet Besim, 19, was one of five people arrested last April as part of an alleged terror plot during Anzac Day commemorations for fallen Australian and New Zealand soldiers.
Besim allegedly discussed his plans online with a British boy, then aged 14.
