We thank and praise God for a wonderful weekend in the Gold Coast on the 8th & 9th Feb as Pastor Daniel ministered at Reach Out For Christ Church and New Life Worship Centre.

The presence of God was so wonderful at every meeting as many responded to the altar call and were blessed.

Many also attended the Rise Up Australia Party meeting and were greatly encouraged to hear all the good news of RUAP influence in making changes to government policy, particularly on Multiculturalism.

Last weekend in MSpeaking at RUAP meeting on the Gold Coastelbourne Pastor Asoka Perera from Sri Lanka ministered the powerful Word of God at Catch The Fire in Hallam.RUAP meeting on the Gold Coast

He spoke on the importance of the Kingdom of God, challenging and encouraging all Christians to rise up, to take a stand for Jesus and to possess the land, this Great South Land of the Holy Spirit!

Adelaide Fringe Festival – blasphemous anti-Christ show

A huge furore has erupted in Adelaide, where the Adelaide Fringe Festival includes a show called ‘Come Heckle Christ’. It involves a person playing ‘Christ’ – people are encouraged to heckle and ask questions of the figure. The event is advertised as suitable for a variety of people, including ‘disgruntled Christians’!

Family groups have protested, including Family Voice Australia and the NCC. Rev Fred Nile voiced his concern, as did SA Catholic Archbishop Philip Wilson and Family First MPs Robert Brokenshire and Dennis Hood. The Islamic Society of SA also expressed their opposition to the show.

But the Festival organisers are unmoved and say it will continue (source)!

Great Australia Day weekend in Melbourne as hundreds of Christians unite to pray for Australia’s transformation

Dear family & friends in Christ,

The Australia Day weekend gone by was an exciting one to remember, including the grand opening and dedication of our new Catch the Fire Ministries Centre in Hallam.

On Saturday morning, around 350 people from 50+ nationalities, many denominations, churches and generations united as the Body of Christ to storm heaven in prayer and worship for our nation Australia.

Prayers was led by a Catholic Priest, Anglican Minister, Presbyterian Minister, Salvation Army Minister, Baptist Pastor, Marketplace Minister, Messianic Jewish Minister, Indigenous Minister and several Pentecostal Ministers.  They prayed for Government, Marketplace, Schools, Universities, Armed Forces, Families, Protection from Terrorism and Bush fires, Revival, Israel, for Pastors & their Families, Churches, etc.

The prophetic worship was absolutely amazing with many thanks to a special Indonesian dance and worship team from Sydney.  

As the crowd sang ‘This is our Nation – The Great South Land of the Holy Spirit,’ the anointing fell mightily in the place. People waved their Aussie flags and sang with passion.

 Many were in tears as the presence of God was so mighty.

People from across the country from every state were present at the meeting which went on for more than 3 hours.

Pr Daniel Pandji from Indonesia greatly challenged the people to Rise Up in Prayer and push forward to take Australia For Jesus.

His powerful message and testimonies greatly impacted the people.

The National Australia Day Prayer in Melbourne was also followed by very special series of meetings with Pr Daniel Pandji from Indonesia, where many lives were radically impacted.

Christians in at least 3 churches badly damaged in Sri Lanka have been attacked while worshipping on Sunday the 12th January 2014.

Assembly of God on the Baddegama Road in Hikkaduwa and the Calvary Free Church were both attacked by the mobs yesterday.

The Donkey Story – One day a farmer’s donkey fell down into a well. The animal cried piteously for hours as the farmer tried to figure out what to do. Finally, he decided the animal was old, and the well needed to be covered up anyway; it just wasn’t worth it to retrieve the donkey.

He invited all his neighbors to come over and help him. They all grabbed a shovel and began to shovel dirt into the well. At first, the donkey realized what was happening and cried horribly. Then, to everyone’s amazement he quieted down.
