After the BJP’s historic election victory this week, Christians in India have mixed feelings about the future and how the country’s new leaders will impact on freedom of religion.
The last week has been a massive turnaround for the once struggling opposition party that suffered defeats in the last two elections.
Taking them to victory was the charismatic Narendra Modi, who International Christian Concern reports has feigned ignorance about past Hindu nationalist attacks on minorities.
There are serious concerns among Christians, with one pastor, Ronald John, telling ICC the “persecution of Christians will increase under the BJP-led government”.
“Christians already are gripped with fear and concern over the election results. Hindu nationalist groups will take advantage of the situation and use it to attack churches and members of the Christian community,” he said.

You know that we never back off at Rise Up Australia Party and are also prepared to take a stand where others won’t. The reason that we started RUAP was because we felt it was time to be a voice to Keep Australia Australian.
I am sure that you will agree with us, that some of the changes we have seen in regard to Multiculturalism and Free Speech (the office of Minister for Multiculturalism abolished / The Immigration Department renamed to Department of Immigration & Border Protection / The Current push to remove Section 18 C for Freedom of Speech) are the result of talks RUAP had with the current government before the last election. No other Party took a stand on these issues in the last election.
Rise Up Australia Party has a good following in Australia, and in Victoria RUAP ranked number 8 out of 39 parties in the last Federal Election. This November it is time to see similar changes made in Victoria as we vote once more for a State Government. It is only with pressure brought on them that any Victorian Government will make the changes that are required.
Rise Up Australia Party will once more be a voice for Judeo / Christian values and we will be advocating for all Victorians. The general public must be told that we at RUAP will stand up against the ‘Up to 9 months’abortion laws, as well as supporting traditional Marriage between one man & one woman.
In order to do this we are asking you to financially partner with us for the rest of this year by pledging whatever you can in order to get these changes put through. No amount is too low, as even an amount of $10 to $100 a month from everyone on our mailing list would allow us to make our presence felt, and also get our message out to all Victorians.

1) The National President of Rise Up Australia Party, Daniel Nalliah was one of the five speakers at a Community Forum in Sydney. Other speakers at this event were Robert Balzola (Lawyer), Peter King (Barrister), Bernard Gaynor (ex-Military) & Marella Harris (Local Resident).
More than 100 people came for this event and were very challenged by the speakers.
The evening focused on “Protecting our public interest in Australia”.
Each speaker covered many areas of great interest for every Australian.
Daniel Nallia
h stated, “Events like these should be held in every city and state in order to bring an awareness of the impending dangers for Australia and the West.”
2) Last Sunday was a great day in the life of everyone at CTFM, as we spent much time dedicating our lives and ministry into the hands of the Lord.
The service started at 9.30am and finished with lunch around 3pm.
Everyone who came for the service was greatly blessed.

During the 2013 Federal Election Campaign, ‘The Morning Show’ on Channel 7, in particular special guests James Thomas and Laura Sparks, mocked and made fun of the National President of Rise Up Australia Party, Daniel Nalliah, because he called for an end to the word ‘Multiculturalism’ and for it to be replaced with the word ‘Multi-Ethnic’, despite that fact that Mr Nalliah made it very clear that he was not against immigration in the shown footage from Sunrise.
Nevertheless, this did not prevent the un-informed James & Laura from calling him a ‘Crazy Lunatic’.

1) We praise and thank God for a wonderful weekend of meetings in Albury, Culcairn & Wagga Wagga in NSW, where Pr Daniel along with a team from CTFM ministered at these 3 locations.
We praise and thank God for touching so many lives!
At every meeting Pr Daniel preached the Word of God and shared some very powerful testimonies of what God is doing in Australia and overseas. People were so mightily blessed. He also shared some of the major changes the current government has made on Multiculturalism, Free Speech, Immigration, etc. as a direct result of talks had with RUAP before the last election. On hearing of the changes people clapped their hands in great excitement.
He then also challenged the people to continue to stand for Australia’s Judeo-Christian Heritage and Rise Up to take Australia for Jesus. 
Some of the Pastors at the meeting commented, “My eyes have been opened to see some things I never thought of. Now I realise how important it is for us to Rise Up and govern this country. Thank you so much Pr Daniel for not bowing down to the pressure brought upon you. You are God’s gift to us.”
Pr Daniel stated, “Sometimes I feel very tired as I travel and minister, in addition to also missing my family, but nothing can compare to the joy which comes into my heart when I see people challenged and set free by the power of God and the word of His testimony. Nothing can bring more joy than to see my nation come back to Jesus. I praise and thank God for the remnant who have refused to bow down to political correctness in the church.
It is time for a Revolution of love for a national Reformation. God is looking at our generation to take this stand and prepare the way for His coming.”
