We must love the Muslims and pray for them / By Pr Daniel Nalliah

Dear family & friends in Christ,

In the last few weeks, as I have been thinking very much of our dear Muslims friends, the Lord has given me a real burden to start praying for their protection. I know we all want to see them get born again, but we need to really ask a very serious question, “Do we really love them and if we love them, do we have a motive behind our love??”

As Christians, we really need to check our hearts, whether we talk the talk and also walk the walk. If we only love them because we want to win them to Jesus, although this is good and very important, our motive is wrong. Can we love all people, simply because we love them, or do we love them because we have an agenda ??

Let me encourage you, many years ago, I was the same. But when the Lord took me into Saudi Arabia, I was really challenged. I asked the Lord, How can I love these people when they don’t even let me pray in my house or have a Bible and they treat me so badly?? At once I was reminded of the scripture, “Bless those who persecute you, and do not curse them. But pray for them.”  Also the Lord Jesus said in His Word, “It is easy to love those who love you, anyone can do it. But if you are a true Christian, you need to love those who even hate you and pray for them.” In the heart of Islam, right in Saudi Arabia, I received a real love for the Muslim people.

While watching news I was deeply sadden to see the number of Muslims who are getting killed all throughout the Islamic world. I believe that hundreds of Muslims are dying every day due to war and natural disasters. This includes men, women and children. Have we prayed for their protection? Do we realise that they were also created in the image of God.

Jewish Extremists Threaten Christians, Muslims at Jerusalem Peace School

The Christian Post – Middle East – Monday, Feb 13, 2012

Vandals Reportedly Write ‘Death to Christians,’ ‘Holocaust for Arabs’ at Two Faith Sites

Both a Christian monastery and a peace school in Jerusalem set up to improve ties between Arab and Jewish children were targets of extremists who wrote hate speech on the facilities’ walls in separate incidents last week, calling for the death of Christians and a “holocaust” for Arabs.

“Death to Christians” was written at a Jerusalem Christian monastery, an 11th-century holy site situated in a valley overlooking the Israeli parliament, while “Death to Arabs” and “Shoah [Holocaust] for the Arabs” was spray painted at a bilingual children’s school. Police are still investigating to determine whether the attacks were carried out by the same group of people, but all evidence points to Jewish extremists.

“Kahane was right” was another inscription found on the walls at the school, U.K. publication the Independent reported. The inscription is reportedly a reference to an ultra-right wing rabbi whose movement, Kach, was barred from contesting Israeli elections in 1988 and listed by the US State Department as a terrorist organization in 2002. Muslim girl ‘attacked by siblings for kiss’

The Telegraph – 31 Jan

A MUSLIM teenager was kidnapped, imprisoned and had her hair cut off after her family saw her kiss a white man on her 18th birthday, a court has heard.

Shamima Akhtar was bundled into a car by sisters Nadiya, 25, Nazira, 29, and brother Kayum Mohammed-Abdul, 24, outside a Basingstoke restaurant when they saw her kissing work colleague Gary Pain on April 1 last year.

The jury heard how an “extremely aggressive and threatening” Mohammed-Abdul grabbed Mr Pain by the neck as Miss Akhtar was “firmly escorted” to the car and thrown in.

The car was driven back to the family home in Basingstoke, Hants, where it’s alleged she was dragged onto the sofa, called a whore and a prostitute and then had her waist-length hair cut to her neck by her two older sisters.

The jury heard how Shamima was punched by her sister Nadiya and overheard her brother on the phone, saying “Get the gun, I need the boys tonight.” (more…)

Justice Served in Horrific Canadian Honor Murder

Posted by Stephen Brown Bio ? on Jan 31st, 2012

The latest North American case involving this “honor” masquerade ended last Sunday in the eastern Ontario city of Kingston where a jury returned a guilty verdict after only 15 hours of deliberation for the mass honor slayings of Rona Amir Mohammed, 50, Zainab Shafia, 19, and her two sisters, Sahar, 17, and Geeti, 13. The four females were found dead, apparently by drowning, in a vehicle submerged in a canal just outside of Kingston on June 30, 2009.A disobedient woman, who allegedly brings shame to her family, especially when it concerns her sexual behaviour, has to be eliminated.

That is what the multicultural West is discovering to its horror as the body count continues to mount of young women, primarily from Muslim families, who run afoul of this foreign and twisted sense of restoring family “honor.” Rather than “honor,” however, Western societies now recognize this alien way of thinking for what it really is: a revolting concept, behind which the most brutal, anti-women crimes are being committed.

“This verdict sends a very clear message about our Canadian values and the core principles in a free and democratic society that all Canadians enjoy, and even visitors to Canada enjoy,” prosecutor Gerard Laarhuis said after the trial. (more…)

Nigeria needs help if it is to crush Boko Haram

by Julian Mann – Friday, January 6, 2012

It would be better for Nigeria, and indeed the West, if Christianity wins against Islamic extremism

When Nigeria’s Islamist terror was confined to its northern states, politically correct Western opinion was able to get away with spinning the violence as six of one and half a dozen of the other.

An outrage in Jos, for example, would be put down to ‘religious tensions’ between the Muslim and Christian communities. It was almost as if elements in the Western media were desperate for stories of Christians behaving badly.

But the politically correct spin is now becoming increasingly untenable following Islamist terror group Boko Haram’s Christmas Day attack on St Theresa’s Roman Catholic Church in central Nigeria, close to the federal capital, Abuja. It is now becoming clear that the group is moving its terror south.

And the closer the group takes its terror to Lagos, the more open US and UK opinion becomes to the view Nigeria’s Christian president Dr Goodluck Jonathan is keen to promote that Boko Haram represents a threat to Western interests.

Dr Jonathan faces massive internal political hurdles in his stated aim to ‘crush Boko Haram’. He needs Western help, particularly from US and UK intelligence agencies. The State of Emergency he announced on New Year’s Eve, including the closure of Nigeria’s borders with Niger, Cameroon and Chad, is welcomed by the Christian community but Christians know that the long-term security of the nation they love depends on co-ordinated and united action by the various arms of government.

Iran’s top ayatollah: We’re trumping the West

Jewish World Review By Scott Peterson – 09/02/12

In a State of the Union-like speech before March elections, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei tries hard — very hard — to delude the masses

ISTANBUL— (TCSM) Iran’s supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei vowed that Iran would not “retreat” on its nuclear program, and warned that any military strike “will be 10 times more detrimental to the US” than to Iran.

In a defiant speech delivered at Friday prayers at Tehran University, Ayatollah Khamenei portrayed the Islamic Republic as an omnipotent, triumphant regional player whose revolutionary example was the “biggest success in modern history,” even as the US and NATO were “becoming weaker and weaker.”

He claimed that Iran is the vanguard of an Arab world “Islamic Awakening,” which brought down three dictators in the past year, and said Iran would support “any group in the world” fighting Israel.

Coming just days before the 33rd anniversary of Iran’s 1979 Islamic Revolution, Khamenei’s near-exultant speech — Iran’s annual equivalent of a State of the Union address — elucidated Iran’s current worldview as pressure mounts toward conflict. But his declarations of Iranian influence abroad were also counterbalanced by his acknowledgement of “weaknesses” and political division at home. (more…)

Over 3000 Muslims Attack Christian Homes and Shops in Egypt, 3 Injured

1-28-2012 (AINA)

A mob of over 3000 Muslims attacked Copts in the village of Kobry-el-Sharbat (el-Ameriya), Alexandria this afternoon. Coptic homes and shops were looted before being set ablaze. Two Copts and a Muslim were injured. The violence started after a rumor was spread that a Coptic man had an allegedly intimate photo of a Muslim woman on his mobile phone. The Coptic man, Mourad Samy Guirgis, surrendered to the police this morning morning for his protection.

According to eyewitnesses, the perpetrators were bearded men in white gowns. “They were Salafists, and some of were from the Muslim Brotherhood,” according to one witness. It was reported that terrorized women and children who lost their homes were in the streets without any place to go.

According to Father Boktor Nashed from St. George’s Church in el-Nahdah, a meeting between Muslim and Christian representatives was supposed to take place in the evening in Kobry-el-Sharbat. But, by 3 P.M. a Muslim mob looted and torched the home of Mourad Samy Guirgis, as well as the home of his family and three homes of Coptic neighbors. A number of Coptic-owned shops and businesses were also looted and torched. “We contacted security forces, but they arrived very, very late,” Said Father Nashad. The fire brigade was prevented from going into the village by the Muslims and the fires were left to burn themselves out. “Those who lost their home, left the village,” said Father Nashed. (more…)

BREAKING NEWS! RISE UP AUSTRALIA PARTY REGISTERED WITH AEC

___________   MEDIA RELEASE___________

BREAKING NEWS!  RISE UP PARTY REGISTERED WITH AEC

Rise Up Australia Party was registered with the Electoral Commission this week and is ready to take its place as the new face of common sense in Australian politics at the next Federal election.

According to Party President Daniel Nalliah, its slogan of Keep Australia Australian sums up what Rise Up Australia is all about. “We want to restore to Australia the common sense values and traditions which have made this country one of the best and most stable democracies in the world” he said in Melbourne today.

“For too long over recent years we have seen a slide into a politically correct  “nanny state” where minorities are dictating their fringe element views to the rest of mainstream society and demanding we all conform. For example, free speech is under threat in this country under the Racial and Religious Vilification laws which prevent open public discussion about Islamization in Western countries. These laws needs to be repealed,” said Mr Nalliah.

Mr Nalliah fought a five year court battle with the Islamic Council of Victoria who sued him for reading out of a Koran in public. He was totally vindicated, but this sort of thing should not be happening in our country where tolerance, a fair go and free speech have always been part of our traditional heritage.

Rise Up Australia Party recently commented on the story from a major Dutch newspaper where Jihad was declared on dogs, when a Muslim  politician tried to have dogs banned from the Hague on religious grounds. In case you think that couldn’t happen in Australia, the Queensland media  carried a story some time back about the Yellow Taxi Cab company in Brisbane having to sack Muslim taxi drivers who refused to carry blind people because they were accompanied by guide dogs. No-kidding red lines: U.S. response to an Iranian nuke may be bluster, but Israel’s won’t be

By Frank J. Gaffney Jrhttp://www.JewishWorldReview.com |

“Don’t do it.” That is the message American officials, from President Obama on down, are delivering to their Israeli counterparts in the hope of dissuading the Jewish state from taking a fateful step: attacking Iran to prevent the mullahs’ imminent acquisition of nuclear weapons.

This week, the nation’s top military officer, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Martin E. Dempsey, will visit Israel to convey the same message in person. If recent reports of other U.S. demarches are any guide, the general will deliver an insistent warning that Israel must give sanctions more time to work and refrain from acting unilaterally.

Such warnings have become shriller as evidence accumulates that Israel is getting ready to move beyond what is widely believed to be a series of successful – but insufficient – covert actions against the Iranian nuclear program, missile forces and associated personnel.

Some U.S. officials reportedly think the Israelis are just posturing. As one put it, they are playing out a “hold me back” gambit – perhaps hoping the Americans will do the job themselves or at least hoping to be rewarded for their restraint.Others point, however, to evidence that the Israelis are concealing key military movements from our intelligence assets as an indicator that they are going for it and want to keep us from interfering. At a minimum, Jerusalem would have to worry that an American administration that is holding secret negotiations with Tehran in Turkey at the level of Deputy Secretary of State William J. Burns would seek to curry favor with the mullahs by compromising any information it obtains about Israel’s intentions.  (more…)
