A must watch speech from Donald Trump at the Republican Convention

Dear friends & family in Christ,

Daniel Nalliah stated today, “I watched Donald Trump’s speech twice and I must state that it’s one of the best speeches I have heard in my lifetime.

I fully agree with almost everything he said and hope he is elected as President of USA and not Hilary Clinton.

Yes, it is true that some very good candidates contested the republican party race for nomination to run for presidency.

Bangladesh: Muslims murder wife of anti-terror cop and Christian grocer

June 5, 2016 – By Robert Spencer

“Babul Aktar is an efficient police officer and played a key role in apprehending Islamists. They might have killed his wife because they failed to get him.” Will the Islamophobia never end?

DHAKA — The wife of a senior Bangladeshi police official known for battling Islamist militants was stabbed and shot to death on Sunday, and machete-wielding assailants killed a Christian grocer in a separate incident.

Both attacks appeared to be the work of Islamist militants who have killed at least 30 people, including religious minorities, liberal bloggers and academics, since February last year, police said.

Three assailants riding a motorcycle stabbed and then shot Mahmuda Aktar, 33, while she was on her way to put her son onto a school bus near her home in the southeastern port city of Chittagong, police said.

Why Is Christianity Thriving in Nepal?

By Jo Anne Lyon , Op-Ed Contributor – March 3, 2016

Christians in Nepal.

Whatever you have learned or received or heard from me, or seen in me — put it into practice. And the God of peace will be with you. – Philippians 4:9

In Nepal, Hinduism reigns as the primary religion — out of Nepal’s population of 28 million, Christians make up less than 1.5 percent. Recently, the former Hindu kingdom adopted a new constitution that declared the country a secular state.

Under the new constitution, the freedom of religion is technically upheld but attempting to change or convert someone from one religion to another is punishable by law. In addition, Christianity remains socially unacceptable, often inciting violence and oppression. While you can legally choose your religion in Nepal, Nepali Christians continue to suffer inequality and persecution as they have for decades.

Former Muslim Now Baptizing Muslim Converts: Reclaiming What the Enemy Has Stolen

George Thomas : Mar 9, 2016 : CBN News

Shahid recently shared a picture showing him baptizing new converts to Christianity on the same shores of North Africa where the Islamic terror group ISIS beheaded 21 Coptic Christians in February 2015.

The Middle East)—[CBN News] Shahid is proof that God is moving powerfully across parts of Muslim-majority Middle East and North Africa.

Shahid (not his real name for security purposes), is from Libya and grew up a devout Muslim.

“As every Libyan, when I was a little boy, I used to go to the Koranic school,” Shahid told Leading The Way (LTW) with Dr. Joseph Youssef, a Christian television and radio ministry that broadcasts in more than 190 countries around the world.

Are You “n”? …Standing With Our Persecuted Brothers and Sisters

3/2/2016 Jason Peters – Charisma Magazine

When Islamic State militants (ISIS) moved into northern Iraq, they began identifying Christian-owned homes and businesses. Families would find the Arabic letter “N” ( ? ) painted on their buildings. This single letter, the first letter of the word used in the Quran to identify Christians, conveyed the powerful accusation that the occupants were followers of Jesus. Our Christian brothers and sisters were tagged in this way and given the choice of either converting to Islam or standing for Christ and losing everything they owned.

I have had the privilege of meeting some of these sisters and brothers during recent visits to Iraq, where The Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) is serving them in their time of great need. I’d like to share one of their stories with you. It is the story of a 36-year-old wife and mother who met God in a life-changing way during a worship service. Here is Ban No’Shaba’s story.

Born in Baghdad, Iraq, Ban No’Shaba lived what she called an average life with her husband, a taxi driver, until November 2013, when her husband was kidnapped by ISIS and their family was forever changed.

House Overwhelmingly Passes Resolution Condemning ISIS Atrocities as Genocide

March 15, 2016 – Associated Press

Ratcheting up the pressure on the Obama administration, the House has overwhelmingly approved a resolution that condemns as genocide the atrocities committed by the Islamic State group against Christians and other religious and ethnic minorities in Iraq and Syria.

The non-binding measure, passed Monday by a vote of 393-0, illustrated the heavy bipartisan support for action on Capitol Hill. Secretary of State John Kerry is leaning toward making a genocide determination against the Islamic State and could do so as early as this week, when a congressional deadline for a decision has been set.

But the Obama administration officials have cautioned that a legal review is still under way and said it is likely Kerry will not meet Thursday’s deadline. House Speaker Paul Ryan chided the White House for the anticipated delay.

“As the administration waffles on this issue and doubles-down on its failed strategy to defeat (the Islamic State), the American people are speaking loudly and clearly on this issue,” the Wisconsin Republican said.

Why it’s time for a Trump revolution

Michael Goodwin – March 19, 2016

My friends are worried about me. They insist something is not right and suggest prayer, counseling, even rehab. “Take a break,” they urge. “Get away for a few days and clear your head.”

They are wise and kind, and it would be foolish to dismiss their concerns. Truth be told, there are moments when I doubt myself. Am I making a huge mistake? Am I losing my mind?

Perhaps I am. My friends say that’s the only possible explanation for the fact that I might support Donald Trump for president.

The insanity defense is all that’s left now that the smart set has declared that it’s immoral and indecent to even think about voting for Trump. OK, call me immoral and indecent as well as crazy, because I’m thinking about it.

It’s been a long road to get here. When Trump’s name first popped up, I joked about moving to Canada. When he launched his campaign, I cursed him, certain he was going to create a circus just when Republicans finally had a strong field of candidates.
