CANBERRA, October 20, 2011 (LifeSiteNews.com) – The leader of Australia’s opposition party, often referred to in the media as a social conservative, has said this week that should he be elected, his government would not consider changing the country’s abortion laws.
Tony Abbott, a Catholic and self-described “conservative,” is federal leader of the centre-right Liberal Party.
In response to a question about whether he would consider moving Australia back to its old abortion laws, Abbott told The Age, “Look at the record in government. It didn’t happen.”
And it won’t happen?
“No.”

Abbott also told The Age newspaper that his government would not try to outlaw the deadly abortion drug RU-486.
Smith Wigglesworth’s Prophetic Word of Australia’s Mighty Revival

Over the last weekend Pr Daniel ministered at a Four Square Gospel Church and an AOG church in Sydney, Australia where more than 400 people in all attended the 4 revival services.
The Spirit of God moved mightily at every service, with many receiving a fresh touch and supernatural encounter from the awesome presence of the Lord Jesus Christ!
I am sure many of you have heard, that at the beginning of the 20th century, Smith Wigglesworth prophesied about Australia’s mighty revival and how God will use Australia to impact the nations.
3 years ago Pr Daniel ministered at the same AOG church in Sydney, where he just preached over the weekend. The Senior Pastor of this church was Pr Norm Armstrong, who is now 95 years old. Pr Daniel feels that now is the time to share what happened at that meeting 3 years ago.
As Pr Norm got up to introduce Pr Daniel to preach to the congregation, he suddenly came under a great anointing of the Holy Spirit, and started sharing about what happened when he was a young boy.
He said, “My father was a Salvation Army officer who sold insurance policies for a living. One of his customers was an elderly lady who would all ways tell him, ‘Son you need to be baptised in the Holy Spirit’. One day the lady got him through the Holy Spirit, he was baptised in the Holy Spirit and started speaking in tongues. This resulted in him having to leave the Salvation Army. Then my father went on to start a Pentecostal gathering at our home. Our home was possibly one of the first places in Australia in the early 1900’s where the Holy Spirit was free to move.

1) We at Catch The Fire were absolutely blessed last Sunday as we heard the powerful testimonies shared by the team which came from the Underground Church in China and the Back to Jerusalem Movement!
Although Brother Yun was not permitted to board his flight from Bangkok to Melbourne, due to a problem with his documentation, and was therefore unable to be at the meetings at CTFM, the Spirit of God moved most powerfully through Uncle Tang (Bro Yun’s Pastor), who has served the Lord for 30 years in China and still is!
The CTFM base was absolutely packed out for both services with around 750 people attending in total. The church sanctuary was so full we that we had to use the overflow room with projector screens. The people who gathered were mightily blessed through the amazing testimonies of what the Lord Jesus Christ is doing in the Underground Church in China.
Brother Yun is now expected to arrive this week in Melbourne and we prayerfully hope to have him minister at CTFM in Hallam (Melbourne)on Sunday 27th of Nov 2011 at the 9.30am service only. Please stay tuned in to CTFM email for updates and further details.
It was so exciting to hear that only around 30-40 years ago the Church in China was severely persecuted and quite small. However, as the faithful Christian believers cried out to the Lord, He heard their cry and sent a mighty Holy Spirit revival!
Uncle Tang said, “Suddenly one day, miracles started happening everywhere and thousands of people were getting saved.” Now, it is estimated that more than 30,000 people come to Jesus every day and 1 million people every month! Glory to God. They believe that the current conservative estimate of on-fire Christians in China is around 150 million people!

We are excited about what God is doing in our midst! Here is an update on what has been happening with Rise Up Australia Party .
Things at Head Office in Melbourne are hotting up – the office is manned full time and staff training is continuing. We are pleased to announce that the candidate selection process underway. A number of people have indicated their willingness to stand and we are looking for as many candidates as possible, so if you are interested, please contact the National Campaign Co-ordinator, Dennis O’Brien at dennisobrien@riseupaustraliaparty.com or phone him on 03 9708 6691. He will send you a Candidate Application Form with all the details of information required for the first step in the process. When we have completed the pre-selection process, we will begin candidate training seminars.
We are also working on policy development in consultation with various experts and will be producing a policy booklet which you will be able to distribute around your communities and contacts.

Woman Healed of Cancer / Bro Yun / 11-11-11 / Another Baby Saved

1) We thank and praise God for His ever increasing presence manifest among His children!
The weekend gone by will not be forgotten by those who attended the Sunday worship services at Catch The Fire Apostolic Centre in Hallam (Melbourne), as many people came to receive the word of the Lord preached by a mighty man of God from South Africa, who moved very powerfully in the Apostolic and Prophetic Anointing of the Holy Spirit!
On Sunday at CTFM the worship was just absolutely awesome, as the service turned into a real Holy Ghost party, with people jumping, dancing and praising God all over the building! Pr Daniel anointed all who came to the altar, laid hands and prayed for them. Many were healed, delivered and set free! One woman who had deliverance was also instantly healed of severe problems in her legs!
Another lady who received prayer for healing from cancer 12 months ago at CTFM, came back to church on Sunday with her daughter who shared the following testimony. She said, “My mum came up for prayer 12 months ago, as she had breast cancer. She had to undergo an operation, but we all trusted God for a miracle. Pr Daniel and many others in church prayed with us and trusted God for a miracle. Mum went for a full check up and the doctors have told her that she has no cancer at all anymore. Thank you Jesus my Mum is healed!”
Gingrich Says ‘Arab Spring’ is Really ‘Anti-Christian’ Spring

Republican presidential candidate Newt Gingrich said the Arab Spring and the Muslim campaign against Catholic University are symptoms of a growing anti-Christian climate, and pledged to defend religious freedom around the globe.
Speaking at a South Carolina fundraiser Saturday, Gingrich criticized the Obama administration’s involvement in the Arab Spring – the Middle East grassroots uprising that has overthrown longstanding authoritarian leaders such as Libya’s Muammar Gaddafi and Egypt’s Hosni Mubarak – arguing that such involvement is creating an atmosphere of hatred towards Christians.
“People say, ‘Oh isn’t this great, we’re having an Arab Spring,’” he said. “I think we may in fact be having an anti-Christian spring. I think people should take this [assertion] pretty soberly.”
The U.S. Commission on International Religious Freedom’s 2011 report states that while “the Egyptian government engage in and tolerated religious freedom violations” before Mubarak stepped down in February, sectarian violence targeting Coptic Christians have grown unchecked following the Arab Spring. The transitional government, the report noted, “has failed to protect religious minorities … during the transitional period when minority communities are increasing vulnerable.”

Rise Up Australia Party (Keep Australia Australian) – Already Winning Souls to the Lord!

The Rise Up Australia prayer movement started in the year 2000 (under the covering of Catch The Fire Ministries) and will continue until the Lord Jesus comes back!
This prayer movement is now operating in around 75-100 bases, with prayer groups meeting every month in churches, community centres, schools, homes, parks, etc., across our nation with thousands of intercessory prayer warriors uniting together as the body of Christ to pray for Australia’s transformation.
Glory to God that this prayer movement, along with many other prayer movements, has further developed an increasingly 24/7 prayer culture in the Body of Christ in Australia.
We thank the Lord, that after a 10 year prayer foundation, He birthed in our hearts to start the Rise Up Australia Political Party in 2010, which is a vehicle through which we could see our nation Australia come back to Jesus, through a national reformation across our Great Southern Land of the Holy Spirit!
Of course the RUA prayer movement will continue to undergird the RUA political party with the wisdom, power and guidance of the Holy Spirit!
When CTFM Board members started prayerfully seeking the Lord’s direction in regard to the political party, one of my Board members who is a practicing medical doctor and a member of the Presbyterian church, received the following prophetic word from the Lord.

“My Church is in such an apostate state that I cannot reach the nation of Australia through My church right now, so I will cause Rise Up Australia Party to be a vehicle to challenge My Church and the nation of Australia. This will awaken and encourage My Church to rise up, take the nation, and prepare as My Bride for My return.”
Amazing miracle – Girl healed from seizures

1) 3 weeks ago Pastor Daniel received a call from a lady who was very desperate and crying on the phone. She told him that her 4 year old daughter had been having terrible seizures for the past 4 years and that it was getting worse. This lady was very desperate and helpless.
She told Pastor Daniel that they had tried everything for her to get better, but nothing was working. Her little girl was not sleeping properly at night and had to be constantly watched. Even the medication prescribed by the doctor was not helping her. However, this lady had faith that Jesus could heal her daughter.
A few days later the mother, father and the 4 year old girl came to Catch the Fire Apostolic Centre in Hallam. After the night service the family introduced themselves to Pr Daniel. He took them into the prayer room and started praying for the family.
As he was praying the Lord showed him that the mother of the 4 year old girl was cursed by someone, while the baby was in the womb, and that the curse had affected the baby. So he encouraged both the mother and father to repent and ask God forgiveness for any anger, bitterness, hate, offence or unforgiveness they might still have in their hearts. They very willingly did so from their hearts.
Then the Lord prompted Pr Daniel to prophetically cut the umbilical code in the Spirit, which connected the baby to the mother’s womb. As he did that immediately the heaviness lifted off the family and there was an instant breakthrough. Then Pr Daniel carried the little girl in his arms and prayed for healing.
Last Saturday, two weeks later, Pr Daniel with his wife visited this family.
Glory to God, for the first time in 4 years, the little girl has had no seizures and has slept very well all through the night for the last two weeks. Additionally, the parents had no need to give any medication to their daughter.

What Kind of People We Ought to Be?

There has been a lot of speculation about the end times lately, especially in light of recent storms. I saw first hand the devastation and carnage that accompanied the fierce, deadly tornadoes that swept across the South and the Midwest this spring.
I’ve seen lots of disasters in my lifetime, but the scenes that I witnessed in Alabama and Missouri were among the most horrific I’ve encountered anywhere.
Many are asking if the seemingly growing numbers of such catastrophes could be an indication that the return of Christ is drawing nearer. Jesus said that such tragedies—in addition to wars and persecution—are indeed the “beginning of birth pains†(Matthew 24:8), and these certainly appear to be increasing in frequency and intensity.
Just a few months ago, the owner of a Christian radio network forecast that May 21 would be “Judgment Day†for the world. I was amazed at the extensive national coverage given to this prediction, even though the Bible says that only the Father in Heaven knows the exact date of the Savior’s return. It was hard to view a news program or read a newspaper without a prominent reference to this event.
While I’m grateful that there has been some renewed discussion given to the return of the King, I’m afraid that such a superficial focus can divert our attention from the primary thrust of Scripture regarding His coming—are we living holy, godly lives on earth, diligently waiting and working until He comes?
