It’s with great joy that I take this opportunity on behalf of the leadership and board of Catch The Fire Ministries to announce that the Australian Government has officially approved the Ordaining of Ministers of the Gospel for CTFM! 

Legally credentialing 5-Fold Ministers of the Gospel for equipping and edifying the Body of Christ (Ephesians 4:11-13) for extending the Kingdom of God has been a great desire in my heart for many years!
 
Although the process was quite lengthy, including providing much legal documentation, attending board meetings and other meetings, etc., it was certainly worth the challenging effort. In the past several years the Lord has been speaking to me about the desperate need for the restoration of the 5-Fold Ministry in the Body of Christ all over the world, and especially in Australia.  Over the years in Australia and around the world, most of the Church (in nearly every Mainline, Evangelical, Pentecostal, Charismatic Denomination, etc.) has been run primarily by the Ministry Gift / Office of the Pastor and has unfairly put a severe load, yoke, and burden on one particular Ministry Gift / Office, causing major personal breakdowns in marriages and families with many Pastors leaving their God-given call to Christian ministry and spiritual leadership in the Body of Christ. (Matthew 11:28-30)
 
Obeying the leadership of the Holy Spirit and the authority of the Word of God in Ephesians 4:11-13, Catch The Fire Ministries will be ordaining Christian Ministers of the Gospel to function under the anointing of the Holy Spirit in their respective 5-Fold Ministry Offices of Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher.  This New Testament Church Government model will inevitably reduce the overwhelming and unhealthy local church ministry load of the Office of Pastor, by appropriately distributing the spiritual leadership throughout the 5-Fold Ministry Gifts /Offices, thus restoring God’s biblical divine order and spiritual government to the Body of Christ. All glory to God for this past weekend of supernatural breakthrough as the Spirit of intercessory prayer and travail rocked the CTFM Apostolic Centre in Hallam, Melbourne!  

Pastor Julius, a humble servant of God from Kenya, Africa, ministered the anointed Word of God with a mighty impartation of the Spirit of revival fire, as the CTFM worship team opened the heavens through prophetic worship!  Pastor Julius, an apostolic prophetic minister who travels to many nations to rise up the Body of Christ in intercessory prayer for the nations, greatly inspired God’s army to rise up into their God-given calling and destiny to reclaim Australia for Jesus!

As Holy Spirit hungry people received the Word of the Lord, suddenly it seemed like rivers of living water were flowing out of the innermost being of God’s beloved children as they soaked in His manifest presence, which caused a powerful release of deep intercessory prayer and prophetic travail for the transformation of Australia! Many entered into real spiritual warfare prayer for the first time and prayed in tongues for hours, as many others receive the baptism of the Holy Spirit and prayed in tongues for the very first time!

The revival fire meetings went on for hours as everyone was absolutely drunk in the Spirit of God, with holy manifestations of weeping, laughing, and the gift of intercessory prayer for a unprecedented harvest of souls to be born-again, healed, delivered, and restored into the Kingdom of God. Much time was spent in intercessory repentance and corporate prayer for all churches and denominations to catch the Holy Spirit Fire of Revival!

Many Christians today are praying for revival, and that is good. But something else is needed.

Throughout history, revival occurred with the faithful preaching of righteousness, sin, and judgment. Elijah, faced with 450 prophets of Baal, challenged the people in black and white terms: ‘How long will you waver between two opinions? If the LORD is God, follow him: but if Baal is God, follow him’ (1 Kings 18:21).

What a glorious weekend as Pastor Daniel ministered on the Gold Coast at an AOG church with many also attending the revival meetings from other churches! 

10 precious souls (7 teenagers, 1 Jewish woman, who was also miraculously healed of cancer through prayer last October, and 2 Catholic men) were born-again into the Kingdom of God, bodies were supernaturally healed, and many lives transformed by a mighty demonstration of the Holy Spirit and the miracle working power of God! 

Last year in October at the same AOG church another woman with breast cancer was also healed aftHungry worshippers at the altarer Pastor Daniel prayed for her.  We reported how she was scheduled for chemotherapy 2 days later, but God miraculously healed her. 2 ultrasounds, 2 mammograms and a 6 needle biopsy showed  that the cancer had disappeared. Because the medical doctors were so shocked, they wanted her to go through all the tests again 3 months later. Well, these repeat tests were performed a few weeks ago. Once again, all glory to God as there is still no trace of cancer! Pastor Daniel said, ‘I personally saw all the x-rays and it’s a amazing miracle. Before I prayed for her last October 2009, you could see all the tests clearly showing many lumps, but now the tests show no lumps at all!”This dear sister is the oldest surviving member in her family as 19 of her family members have died of cancer. She is currently collecting all the reports and data from the hospital in order to publish her miraculous testimony of being totally healed from cancer. She is continuing to have personal encounters with the presence of God. (more…)

Some time ago I read that there was some investigation occurring into the provision of Islamic finance in Australia.
 
Today, the Trade Minister, Simon Crean, launched a booklet published by the Australian government called Islamic Finance.

It has been produced by Austrade (part of the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade).
 
The media release says “The booklet Islamic Finance provides a detailed explanation of the opportunities that booming Shariah-compliant investment and banking offers Australia’s financial services sector.”
 
In the booklet, the ‘opportunities’ for the expansion of Islamic finance in Australia are explored – including attracting more international banks and Islamic banks to Australia to provide the finance, Australian banks providing shariah-compliant finance, funds managers doing Islamic finance etc etc…. (Page 6)

The booklet then looks at a wide range of trade areas in Australia and ways they could ‘benefit’ from or use shariah or Islamic finance!

The last few days have been just so exciting to see what the Lord Jesus Christ is doing in our nation of Australia, in this Great South Land of the Holy Spirit!

On 17th October 2009 we at CTFM decided to follow the leading of the Holy Spirit to pray on Mount Ainslie in Canberra, Australia and to pull down the strongholds of the enemy (devil) through spiritual warfare prayer. I’m sure most of you remember this as it was well covered by much of the media across the nation.  I was criticized by many within the church body for putting faith into action into what many thought was terribly politically incorrect. However, when the Lord tells us to do something, we should do it despite what others think or say! In other words, as followers of Christ, we must step out of the boat and begin to walk on the supernatural waters of the Spirit of God for Him to show Himself strong on our behalf and for a nation to bow down to worship Him as King of kings and LORD of lords!

I received many threatening messages before I led a Christian intercessory prayer team from around the nation to Mount Ainslie in Canberra, the capital city of Australia.  Particularly, one of the satanic leaders in Canberra said that the Satanists would attack us if we Christians came up on the mountain, but praise our Most High God that we did not back off but carried out our spiritual warfare assignment from the Lord of Hosts! Many Christian groups have praised and even promoted Mr Rudd for being a Christian. Strangely they have been very quiet about Mr Abbott’s Christian faith since he became Liberal leader.

All too often this seems to suggest that it is actually Mr Rudd’s brand of politics, rather than his faith, that they are applauding.

At the same time the atheists, humanists and socialists have been very quiet about Mr Rudd’s ‘faith’ yet have come out firing as soon as Mr Abbott became Liberal Leader and have continued to fire at him ever since.

Again suggesting that the real motivation is politics rather than faith.

Exciting New Schedule for CTFM including Sunday morning services / by Pastor Daniel

After seeking the Lord over the past 6 months through corporate prayer and fasting, it’s with great excitement that we at CTFM announce our first weekly Sunday morning service commencing this Sunday the 7th of February at 9:30am at the Catch The Fire Apostolic Centre, 23 Melverton Dr. in Hallam.  Our Sunday night service will continue each week at 6:30pm.

Our weekly Friday night service at 7:30pm will focus more on prayer and prophetic intercession for our nation.  Every first Friday of the month is the Rise Up Australia prayer meeting which aims at uniting the Body of Christ across Melbourne from many churches and denominations to pray for our nation’s transformation, followed by an all night prayer meeting.

I am sure many of you who have personally approached me over the years regarding a Sunday morning service will be very glad, as you can now bring your children along with you to worship the Lord at CTFM. We will have a Sunday school for the kids starting this Sunday morning and a youth ministry in operation soon, totally dedicated to training up real disciples of the Lord Jesus Christ to rise into their God-given calling and destiny, maturing sons and daughters of the Father in heaven. Amazing Holy Spirit Outpouring on Kangaroo Island, South Australia

1) What a mighty weekend once again of ministering in the Holy Spirit miracle working power of God, as many more precious people were supernaturally healed, delivered and set free by the life transforming grace and love of the gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ in Melbourne (Hallam), Victoria and Kangaroo Island, South Australia! 

Pastor Daniel led a team from CTFM to minister at several combined church services on Kangaroo Island on Saturday evening 30th and Sunday morning and evening 31st January. What was most exciting was that the local Uniting church was the host of all of the Holy Spirit revival meetings for the body of Christ and Kingdom of God on Kangaroo Island!

We give all the praise, honour, and glory to our loving Father in heaven for bringing together the body of His Son, from the Uniting, Seventh Day Adventist, Lutheran, Anglican, Baptist and AOG denominations, to lift up the matchless Name above all names, the Lord Jesus Christ!  Some of these churches even cancelled their scheduled Sunday morning services to join in this united move of God’s Holy Spirit and Fire! Truly, this was absolutely incredible, especially in our nation of Australia!

The 20+ denominational representatives from the Salvation Army, CRC, Catholic Charismatic, Baptist, Anglican,Denominational and Christian Ministry Representatives with Dr Jackson (USA), Ps Wayne (USA) and Dr Daniel Nalliah AOG, Seventh Day Adventist, Uniting, Indigenous, and Christian ministry representatives from Culturewatch, Catch the Fire, Australian Marketplace Connections, Gospel Ministry, and Salt Shakers, led their prayer segment with the passion, fire, and love of Jesus for our nation of Australia, to absolutely storm heaven in prayer, standing on the sure promise of God’s Word from 2 Chronicles 7:13-14. We asked the Lord to protect Australia from natural disasters, especially during this bushfire season. There was also much intercessory and prophetic prayer for Rain, Farmers, Persecuted Church Worldwide, Government, Harvest of Lost Souls, Armed Forces, Pastors & Unity in the Body of Christ, Families, Children & Youth, Business & Marketplace, Indigenous People, and additional critical issues in the Kingdom of God.  The Samoan Choir stirred up the crowd with 2 special songs of exuberant praise and worship!
