A Perspective on the Japan Earthquake

Cindy JacobsCindy Jacobs Newsletters – Prophetic Insight – Tuesday, 22 March 2011

As one looks across the face of the earth today, it doesn’t take a large amount of spiritual discernment to see that things are shaking as has been prophesied over the past few years. Many voices, including mine, have spoken over what is known as the Rim of Fire nations, or the Pacific Rim. These are approximately 40 nations that ring the Pacific with some sort of volcanic activity.

The tragedy in Japan brings this prophetic shaking starkly to the forefront of the news. Many are asking the question, “What is taking place?”

First of all, I know that we must stand in the gap and pray for Japan. The enormity of the loss and the intensity of what has transpired will continue to unfold, and it is hard to grasp with the natural mind.
What do we know? God had warned us that shaking was coming. This doesn’t mean it was His desire for it to happen but that it was more of the biblical fulfillment that He doesn’t do anything without first warning through His servants the prophets (see Amos 3:7) In fact, I along with others prophesied volcanic eruptions would occur in the Pacific Rim.

Poll: What Evangelical Leaders Believe about the End Times

By Audrey Barrick | Christian Post Reporter

Wed, Mar. 09 2011

A majority of evangelical leaders believe that Jesus Christ will return to earth and then reign with his followers for 1,000 years, a new survey shows. This end times theology is called premillennialism and 65 percent of surveyed evangelical leaders identify with it.

As part of its monthly poll, the National Association of Evangelicals surveyed its board of directors, which include the CEOs of denominations and representatives of a broad array of evangelical organizations, on their eschatological beliefs.

“It’s in our human nature to want to prepare ourselves – physically, emotionally, spiritually – for what might be ahead,” said NAE President Leith Anderson.

The poll, released this week, found that 13 percent of those surveyed are amillennialists – believing that the non-literal millennial reign of Christ is happening now as Christ reigns at the right hand of the Father.

Great Weekend of Salvations and Powerful Holy Spirit Anointing

Praying for people at altarPastor Johnny Lee Clary ministering at CTFM in MelbourneDear family & friends with Christ,

We thank the Lord for a great weekend of salvations and powerful Holy Spirit Anointing at CTFM in Hallam (Melbourne) with His servant Johnny Lee Cleary!

This man of God, who has an incredible testimony of how the Lord saved him out of the Ku Klux Klan, touched many hearts at CTFM over the weekend, including many who surrendered their lives to Jesus!

The weekend was absolutely wonderful with Anointed Praise and Worship lead by the CTFM worship team as many soaked in the presence of God for hours as the Holy Spirit did a deep work of healing, deliverance and restoration in many lives!

Pr Johnny challenged the people not to follow the seeker friendly church, as it is misleading people away from the true Word of the Lord the Presence of God. He stated, ‘some Christian leaders have told me not to preach about the Cross, Hell, Sin or the Second Coming of Jesus, as it sounds offensive and brings fear to people. However, I cannot compromise the Word of God, so I will keep preaching the Word of the Lord.”

Ground Zero imam: ‘We have more of a right to Moses’

Imam Abdallah AdhamiImam Abdallah Adhami Urges Muslims ‘wherever they are’ to ‘compete’ with other religions

Posted: January 20, 2011 – By Aaron Klein – © 2011 WorldNetDaily

Muslims have “more of a right” than Jews to the biblical prophet Moses, declared the imam who has become the new face of the proposed Islamic cultural center near Ground Zero in New York City.

Imam Abdallah Adhami also urged Muslims to “compete” with other religions.

“We must be doing it first, we must compete with you to be doing more of that. We want to fast Ashura too, because that’s the day God saved Moses; that is certainly a day to be celebrated. We have more right to Moses,” stated Adhami in a 2008 lecture obtained and reviewed by WND.

Ashura is an Islamic fast day that commemorates Muslim events, including the Islamic claim that Moses fasted on that day to express gratitude to God for liberating the Israelites from Egypt.

Former KKK Leader Johnny Lee Clary at CTFM in Melbourne 12-13 March

Rev Elder Johnny Lee ClaryFor those of you in the Melbourne area, we are pleased to announce that Rev Elder Johnny Lee Cleary (Ex-National Leader of the Ku Klux Klan) will be ministering the Word of the Lord in the miracle working power of the Holy Spirit on Saturday 12th March at 6:30pm and on Sunday 13th March at 9:30am & 6:30pm at CTFM Apostolic Centre at 23 Melverton Dr in Hallam.

Johnny Lee Clary learned to hate at a very young age. He was raised in a family filled with racism, anger, and bigotry. As the Klan’s national leader, the destructive mindset and lifestyle he had lived for so many years began to take its toll. Riddled with torment, Johnny Lee left the Klan. On the verge of committing suicide one night, he started reading the Bible and cried out to God to deliver him from his nightmarish existence.

After dedicating his life to Christ, he  has become a renowned international speaker and has set records for the largest crowds for any preacher in Australia other than Billy Graham, with literally thousands receiving his message of hope, healing and forgiveness for racism, low self-esteem, suicidal tendencies, and substance abuse. Johnny holds the record for the largest crowd ever at Hillsong Brisbane (formerly Garden City).

Egypt now fears Obama a ‘Manchurian President’

President Obama2011 WorldNetDaily – Posted: February 02, 2011

‘They are trying to understand why he is acting against U.S. interests’ Top members of the Egyptian government say they feel betrayed by President Obama, charging that he is acting against American interests.

“Mubarak’s regime feels Obama is pushing the advancement of the Muslim Brotherhood against U.S. interests,” said WND’s Jerusalem bureau chief and senior reporter Aaron Klein. “They are genuinely trying to understand why Obama is seemingly championing the anti-regime protests.”

Klein said that a top Egyptian diplomat with whom he has developed a rapport over the last few years asked him earlier this week to explain Obama’s motivation to support the opposition to Mubarak.

“I told him none of this should be a surprise,” said Klein, “that the Obama administration has developed an extensive relationship over the last few years with allies of the Muslim Brotherhood.

Get the comprehensive probe that exposes Obama’s Marxist, anti-American past – and present, in “Manchurian President.”

“That my investigating has proven that Obama has been closely associated throughout his political career with radical-left elements who have long petitioned for policies many believe are aimed at weakening the American enterprise both domestically and internationally.”

Man Without Limbs: Live Without Limits

Nick Vujicic - World Renown Inspirational Speaker and EvangelistBy Michelle A. Vu – Christian Post Reporter

Even with arms and legs, most people have not surfed in Waikiki Beach, conducted a 60-piece orchestra, gone to the slums of India and Egypt, or performed circus stunts for a Hollywood movie. But a man born without limbs did all that and more by the age of 27.

Nick Vujicic, known worldwide through his YouTube videos and DVDs, wants to challenge people to live without limits by looking at what he can do despite his disability. His new book, Life Without Limits: Inspiration for a Ridiculously Good Life, takes a personal look at his struggles growing up, including depression and suicidal thoughts, and how he overcame them.

“Too often we tell ourselves we aren’t smart enough or attractive enough or talented enough to pursue our dreams,” writes Vujicic, an inspirational speaker and evangelist. “What’s worse is that when you consider yourself unworthy, you are putting limits on how God can work through you.”

Never Before Seen Phenomenon Shows Thunderstorms on Earth Hurling Anti-matter into Space

Fermi GBM Position Eventby News Release: Jan 17, 2011: NASA

“These signals are the first direct evidence that thunderstorms make antimatter particle beams.”

REPORTER’S NOTE: In this life, there are two things that assault the mind—and the senses—more than any other: unconditional, unwarranted love (grace), and the manifestation of power in the natural and the supernatural realm. Both have explosive repercussions. I think that’s what fascinated me most about this report; the visual of thunderstorms seen from space and the power unleashed from them, not only on earth, but above the storms themselves. It’s a picture of the power of Christ’s love and the power of prayer. When we share the Gospel, or a testimony of salvation or healing, a spiritual tsunami is released in every direction. Watch the video provided in the source link for this report and prepare for goose bumps. Wow! -Teresa Neumann

Scientists using NASA’s Fermi Gamma-ray Space Telescope have detected beams of antimatter produced above thunderstorms on Earth, a phenomenon never seen before.

Scientists think the antimatter particles were formed in a terrestrial gamma-ray flash (TGF), a brief burst produced inside thunderstorms and shown to be associated with lightning. It is estimated that about 500 TGFs occur daily worldwide, but most go undetected. (NASA.gov)

Then, he appeared in an exclusive interview on “The Early Show” Wednesday. And he’s been inundated with job offers ever since.

Ted WilliamsBy: Garrett Downing

CLEVELAND – A day after a homeless man from Columbus became an Internet sensation, the Cleveland Cavaliers have offered the man a job and a house, the team confirmed to NewsChannel5.

Ted Williams has become a national phenomenon overnight, and during an interview on Columbus radio station 97.9 Wednesday morning, a spokeswoman from the Cavs called in and made him the offer.

The team offered Williams full-time voiceover work with the Cavs and Quicken Loans, and also offered to pay a mortgage on a home.

“We’d like to offer you full time work with the Cleveland Cavaliers, as well as Quicken Loans Arena,” spokeswoman Tracy Marek said. “On top of it, because we know you’re a person trying to get up and on your feet, Quicken Loans is actually offering to pay a mortgage on a home.”

Surprise: More hate crimes against Christians than against Muslims

Islam FlagThis morning there was a report that a cab driver in New York was stabbed because he was Muslim. While the facts are still emerging, all reasonable people can agree this is a shameful and un-American act if this proves to be true.

This incident will undoubtedly be used by the media to further push the narrative that the controversy over the Mosque near Ground Zero in New York shows how Americans are bigoted against Muslims. So here’s some clarifying info from the FBI. According to the latest hate crime statistics available, there were 1,606 hate crime offenses motivated by religious bias in 2008. A closer look: 65.7 percent of them were committed against Jews. Against Muslims? 7.7 percent.

Bush Memoir Points to Faith-Based Decisions

President George W BushThursday, 11 November 2010 04:19 PM Jimmy Stewart News

He never would have made it to the White House in 2001 as the country’s 43rd president without the faith-based decision he made in 1986.

“I could not have quit drinking without faith,” former President George W. Bush writes in his memoir, Decision Points, which released Tuesday. “I also don’t think my faith would be as strong if I hadn’t quit drinking.”

It was the first significant decision among several that ultimately solidified Bush’s resolve to act on his belief that God was calling him to lead the nation as president, the memoir shows, according to a report published Wednesday by Religion News Service (RNS).

That his politics were influenced by his faith in God after Bush took office in Jan. 2001is no revelation. But now he recounts in his own words, across the 497 pages, the ways his religious belief shaped his life and his politics, and thus his administration, RNS reported. His reliance on God, though not the central thrust of the book, remains a theme throughout, the report stated.

Christians, Jewish Leaders Protest Iran President Outside UN

Wednesday, 22 September 2010 01:54 PM EDT Adrienne S. Gaines News

Christians joined with Jewish leaders Tuesday to protest the appearance of Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad at the United Nations General Assembly this week.

Representatives from the New York Board of Rabbis and Eagles’ Wings’ ministry formed a human chain outside the United Nations building in New York, singing and blowing a shofar to condemn the U.N.’s inclusion of Ahmadinejad, who has called for Israel to be “wiped off the map.”

“Anyone who is concerned about human rights, anyone who is concerned about the basic values of human rights that the United Nations purports be founded on needs to take a stand against this tyrant, this despot Ahmadinejad,” said Robert Stearns, founder of Eagles’ Wings, a New York-based Christian ministry that supports Israel through prayer and social outreach.
