Please call the Dandenong Council on (03) 8571 1000 and thank them.
Thank you so very much for praying and acting as it has definitely paid off.

Thanks Jason
That is such wonderful news. My local Council in South Melbourne (Emerald Hill), doesn’t have one single decoration. I spoke to council today and was told it is due to risks to third parties putting up decorations (health & safety), and they leave it up to community groups and traders to do it instead. Unhappy as you can imagine 🙁
Cheers,
Sheree
This is great news!
I have written to thank our own Council, Kew – Boroondara – for putting a nativity Crib on the reserve opposite Kew Library.
Also, the decorations around in the Kew Centre say, “Merry Christmas” not “have a merry Festive Season”.
If Ramadan, Eid and Divali etc are called by their proper name and don’t have a substitute, why should Christmas be euphemised?
Blessings
Janett
