Pastor Danny On Chasers ABC TV

Dear Friends and Family in Christ,
 
We Aussies love a bit of humor and thought that the following segment of Chasers on ABC TV trying to have a go at Pastor Danny will interest you.
 
Although we do not in any way support them and we strongly disagree with their regular content, interestingly enough, this particular program focuses on Pastor Danny receiving a warning dream from God four months before the recent bushfires in Victoria.

As a result of the broadcast we have received many positive responses from across Australia, including many young people.
 
How amazing are the mysterious ways of our Father in Heaven that He can further reveal the truth about the recent bushfires in Victoria through such a secular, ungodly, and anti-Christian television program like Chasers!
 
Let’s keep praying that the prophetic Word of the Lord will be heard and seen across the airwaves of Australia!

    Why not film a weekly ‘blog’ for youtube and have Pastor Danny on there? Just an idea. He could talk about Obama and Rudd, ETS, abortion and gay lobbys etc. Revival and healings.
    And prophecies too.

    Hey, good one. What an honour for it to be said of you that you are “obsessed with abortion”. If only every Christian in this nation was similarly “obsessed” then we may see a turn around with regard to the abortion holocaust. Instead we have a church obsessed with being politically correct.

    I thoroughly enjoyed the Chasers clip – and I commend Pastor Danny for playing ball.

    In my opinion they were very light on Danny. It was indeed humours, but it seemed very moderate next to many other ministries I’ve seen them nock! Sure it was taking the mick, but I think they left it to the audience opinion rather then completely black listing Danny. I think it was good publicity.

    Dear Pastor Danny,

    I wish to encourage you to speak out boldly for the Lord. These days
    there is no emphasis on the need for repentance. The Gospel message has
    been changed to a non offensive one – namely how you can have a better
    life. The emphasis is on Man not God. Grace and love is preached but
    not the holiness and righteousness of God.
    Mention that God has, does and will send judgment, and one is branded as
    unloving and promoting false theology. But as I read the bible I come
    across texts that say “God hates the workers of iniquity” , “I kill and
    I make alive, I wound and I heal”,
    “I create evil (calamity)”, “the lord directs the generations of mankind
    as they march by”. I read about the horrors that he brought on sinful
    Israel. I read where even Satan had to get permission to attack Job. I
    read how Jesus would not commit Himself to many disciples who followed
    Him because “He knew what was in man”.
    Conversion these days just means saying the sinners prayer and you’re
    in. Jesus said one needed to count the cost before deciding to follow
    Him and that His followers need to take up the cross daily. He preached
    the realities of Hell.
    The true preachers of the Gospel will never be popular but their reward
    is in heaven.
