As Bible-believing God-fearing Christians, we must unite in praying to our righteous Father in Heaven, ‘Your Kingdom Come, Your Will Be Done’ in the upcoming and very critical election on November 4th in the US.
As the Body of Christ around the world we must pray in the Holy Spirit and the Truth of the Word of God that America will not make the same mistake as Australia and vote in Obama as their next President. The Democrats in the US are the Left of politics (like the ALP & Greens) and the Republicans are the Right of politics. (like the Liberal / National Coaltion)Â Obama who is representing the Democrats, with his Islamic background, leftist ideologies and support for abortion, if elected, will drive America away from its Christian heritage and destiny.
Let us pray that the US will get a Republican President (John McCain) and not a Democrat (Barack Hussein Obama).
In fact, John McCain’s running mate for Vice-President, Sarah Palin, is a born-again Spirit-filled Christian, a devoted follower of the Lord Jesus Christ who stands as a banner for righteousness, the sanctity of marriage, the sanctity of life in the womb, godly family values, and the need for and importance of forgiveness with God and others.

A Word About Sarah Palin
45 years ago, Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. subpoenaed the conscience of America and drove the injustice of segregation like a wedge into the soul of the nation. The wedge has been driven again. When Senator John McCain courageously chose Governor Sarah Palin as his Vice Presidential running mate, he drove family values back into the conscience of America.
The liberal media played into the hands of a Higher Wisdom when they injected former Vice President Dan Quayle into the debate by comparing Governor Palin to Dan Quayle. Now, everyone is beginning to realize that this election is not about a man’s charisma or his nebulous notion of change. No. This election is a battle for family values and to the victor goes the soul of this nation.
Governor Palin is more than just a brilliant choice for Vice President. She and her family stand as a sign and a wonder for life and for children. They are a living parable parading in blazing Technicolor before the eyes of the whole nation. This goes way beyond elections. This is about us healing our families, regaining moral responsibility, and exhibiting forgiveness.
 Palin boldly stood by her conviction that all life is sacred and chose to have her Down Syndrome child while leading her state. Senator Barack Obama, on the other hand, declared that the first thing he will do as President is pass the Freedom of Choice Act, which will remove every restriction from all abortion procedures, including many restrictions that most Americans agree with, By doing this, he will open up the doors to promote deviant sex education to kindergarteners and exclude even parents from their right to know of their underage daughter’s potential abortion.
When the pregnancy of her 17-year-old daughter became an insensitive liberal media circus, we were given a rare view into love and support as Governor Palin embraced her grandchild in her daughter’s womb as a blessing. Again, on the other hand, Obama was once quoted as saying that if his two daughters made a “mistake†and became pregnant, he would not want them to be “punished†with babies. What a stark contrast of the value of human life!
The ideological beast of Obama’s worldview has been drawn out of its lair and now stands naked and exposed by Palin’s compassion and conviction. The beast is not just Quayle hunting. It is hunting our children, our nation’s destiny, and us. The rage of the media against Palin simply further exposes the moral bankruptcy, bigotry, and lack of compassion of liberalism. The media, Obama’s court prophets, have become Selma’s new sheriffs of the South beating the new heirs of the civil rights movement – the millions of unborn children attacked in the womb and countless women hurt by abortion – with their journalistic Billy Clubs and loud hectoring.
 With his choice of Governor Palin as his running mate, John McCain has once again gone to war. However, this time, not in the distant lands of Vietnam and Iraq, but he has gone to war for America, for our families, and for our children. And this war, we cannot afford to lose.

Dear Jason, Where is your prophetic direction coming from? America is a nation under judgement because it has turned away from Godly values. God is allowing this to goad America back to Its heritage. the majority of the nation do not walk in obedience to the God’s commands – generally nor Specifically. to intercede for the Nation is Good. Intercede on the basis of refining. That there are a few god spots of normal Christian life – eg. Bill johnson etc., does not make for a Godly nation. this season of refining is over the whole body world wide[global village]. Get with God’s Programme in prayer. Hallelujah! Bro Robt.
That we should be this close to losing our nation is a wake up call. We did not support the last president with prayers as we should have. We have allowed the Godless to get a strong foot hold in our country while we have been chasing the “Prosperity” doctrine. We have been filling our barns and losing our souls as a church. God is allowing us to see how close to the abyss we have come so that we can Humble ourselves and seek His face and turn from our wicked ways that He may hear us and forgive our sins and heal our land. I do not believe God prefers judgment over mercy as men would have me believe. But the Laodacian church that we have become must return to God and purify our motives, our hearts and our lives…once again. Then we will have good government. It is totally up to the Church how this election is going to go. If we do not do these things, there will be the most Oppressive anti-Israel and anti-Christ government that the USA has ever known.

Should have been praying for Dr Ron Paul who ended up 4th in the republican primaries. Ron Paul is a truth speaker and consistent voter -hard to believe he’s a politician! He is pro-life, against the war, against national Id and implantable chip (mark of the beast), identifies himself as a protestant, against the patriot act and wants to end federal income tax and is dedicated to shutting down the federal reserve cartel! Wow!
Look him up on you tube to hear this amazing unwavering man speak. It is little wonder why mainstream media shut him up. Thank God for independent internet news and discussion groups. -But that will end soon too, Google net neutrality to find out more. If you want…

I am a Christian and a U.S. citizen and I just want to thank you and praise God for your thoughts and prayers as we prepare to either big sigh a breath of relief if the McCain/Palin ticket is elected or cry out for mercy and protection if the Obama/Biden ticket is elected.
