After having a difficult time for the first half of 2008, we heard about the Revival meetings in Hallam. We started going, and on the third time, my wife Liz went up for prayer for depression. As Ps Danny prayed for her, he knew straight away she was in bondage.  About 45 minutes later she had been delivered from 43 demons that had invaded her body even from birth.  Immediately after each one left she felt relieved but after all of them left, she says she felt like a new-born baby.  Straight away you could see the difference in her.  You could see the joy and freedom she was feeling.

Shortly after this, Liz began to cast demons out of me at home as I felt the oppression inside of me.  The next week in our own church at South Eastern Christian Centre, God moved in a powerful way and people were being touched by His presence.  The usual service didn’t happen, because God had other ideas.  I myself had gone up the front and was worshipping God when I could not stand anymore.  I lay on the floor face-down and God Himself cast the rest of the demons out of me.  I laughed and cried in the Spirit and it was a beautiful time.  All glory to God!

A week or two after this at Hallam, I felt God’s presence more than I ever have before.  The presence of God was so strong that I could not stop crying joyfully. At one stage I felt as though Jesus was standing right in front of me as I lay on the floor.  I was so in awe of His presence that I couldn’t move, I just lay there and loved Him.

Since then I have been more on fire for the things of God than ever before. I’ve been playing in the band at Hallam and have travelled to Mildura with Ps Danny and the Catch the Fire team.  I played the guitar and Liz has been playing the congas.  Although she’d never played them before the meetings, she seems to have a natural ability on them.

One night at the meetings Liz had a vision of Jesus standing in front of her. He started walking away from her and she said €œWhere are you going?  I’ll follow you anywhere. Then He said Follow Me around Australia.

Shortly after this we heard about the Your Kingdom Come conference in Canberra and felt God say to go.  So despite not having the money, we used the credit card and even paid for another person to come with us.  We spent 080808 In Parliament House praying for our nation and the next few days doing different elective subjects from Dance and Banners, to Evangelism.  We met some wonderful people and had a beautiful time in the Lord.

It is now early October and we have just returned from a holiday in Sydney where we spent time with my spiritual parents that I haven’t seen for years.  It was the best holiday I have ever had. It felt like home staying with Kea and Geoff.  I cried a lot on the day we left and I know I will miss them very much until I see them again.  Kea has prophesied to us that we will minister with her one day in Vanuatu.  Also when we visited their church, the Pastor prophesied over us speaking of the parable about the pearl of great price and saying that when you find it (the life of Jesus in the world!), go and sell all you have to secure it. Then he said plainly, sell everything and go!
