Pastor Daniel takes a stand as he brings the scripturally based message “Be Led By God and Not Driven By People”. Prayer alone does not work – We need to act on what we hear and take a stand in our life. One person can and often does make a difference, and that is often as we share our testimony.

Revival starts in you and I. It starts by us waking up the dead Christian who lives within many of us. When this happens we can’t stop talking about Jesus and the miracles and healings start to happen. We should start our revival by spending much more time praying in the presence of God.

Like the Israelites in the wilderness, many of us have taken our Gold and Silver and constructed modern idols. Glittering temples, performing worldly music, and giving us spectacular performances. We go to church to worship, but when we get there the church substitutes spectacle and entertainment for worship. No time is allowed for the Holy Spirit to move. Rather, it is in and out in ninety minutes – if we take too long to confront people they may go elsewhere. When we leave the church, we are not motivated to go forth in His name. We have lost sight of the real God, the maker of Heaven and Earth, and substitute the feel good God of personal gratification in worship.

It only takes a little criticism from other people to deflect us from our God-given goals. If it doesn’t happen quickly, it probably won’t happen. The need for us to remain focussed should be our goal for the long haul. God usually does not work quickly. Rather, He tests our commitment and develops us as we remain focussed over time. We have to remember that although we desire things to change, we ourselves may not be ready for the change. As we remain focussed we will change so that he may progressively develop His blessing through us.

2 Chronicles 7v14 should be our watch cry. “If my people, who are called by my name, will humble themselves and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from Heaven, and will forgive their sin and heal their land.” Pastor Daniel shows us through Scripture that God is looking for Men and Women who will carry the Presence of God back into the church.
