I am 78 years old and for more years than I care to remember, I have suffered on and off with severe back pain. About 3 weeks ago I had another attack of acute pain which this time was located in my left hip, when previously the pain had always been just left of my spine in the lumbar region. I had been told on a number of occasions by physiotherapists that my spine had a very definite curve in the waist region, and after receiving a course of treatment I would get a measure of relief. When Danny gave a word of knowledge on Saturday evening that someone had pain in their hip and that something was not quite right with their spine, I knew that word was for me so I stepped forward for prayer. My husband came and stood behind me and placed his hands on my hip and spine and as Danny prayed I felt a warmth in my back, but even more precious, the sweet presence of Jesus enveloping me. I stood for several minutes just soaking in that sweet presence and then returned to my seat. The pain had almost gone.  On my arrival home my husband checked my spine and declared that it was now straight – PRAISE THE LORD!  This morning I was able to bend down and pick something up from the floor and there was NO PAID – isn’t God good! I give him ALL the praise, Hallelujah! Beryl
