'Witch complaint under Victoria's Racial and
Religious Vilification Law'
Stop this law now
Andrew Bolt, Herald Sun column, Wednesday 27 April 2005 "ROBIN
Angus Fletcher, the jailed pedophile, is using the Bracks
Government's notorious hate-speech laws to punish Christians
who say his Wiccan religion is bad. Bad? How could witchcraft
be bad, Fletcher complains from Ararat jail. How, when he's
said it permits him to have rough sex with drugged and hypnotised
young girls? Man, for a pedophile, that's a religion that
rocks. Fletcher isn't the first witch or crank to use these
religious vilification laws against free speech to silence
Christians, to the belated alarm of our churches. But even
the Government must now see it's made a terrible mistake.
Its laws have -- just as I predicted -- turned out to be a
menace, and must be repealed. . . "
